The condo has a fully equipped Kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances
The Living Room is furnished with a large sectional sofa a gas fireplace and hardwood throughout.
The Living Room walks out to your private patio overlooking Three Sisters, Ha Ling, and (EEOR) East end of Rundle The liviingroom has a sectional sofa, coffee table, gas fireplace, 42 inch smart TV and walks out to balcony.
Primary Bedroom. features King size bed a Large 3-piece en-suite with double sinks, shower and separate soaker bath tub.
2nd Bedroom with one double Ikea bed and one twin bed.
Main 3 piece Bathroom has a bathtub / shower combination

This is a pet friendly unit please let us know if you will be being any pets with you during your stay as they have to be approved. We also do charge a pet fee per pet for the stay.
Parking is limited in Canmore especially during high season May-September. Your condo has one dedicated parking spot available.
If you are bringing more than one vehicle you will have to find street parking nearby or in the Town of Canmore paid parking lots. This is beyond our control. We do appreciate your understanding of this.

Please be advised the building corporation will be undertaking an Exterior & Balcony Work Project at Canmore Place. The purpose of this project is to address necessary repairs and maintenance to preserve the building exterior and ensure the safety and longevity of the balconies. Access to balconies may be temporarily restricted while work is underway during Monday - Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm for approximately 4 weeks . What to Expect: Contractors will gain access to the balconies from the exterior of the property, Scaffolding, lifts, or swing stages may be used, Noise and debris are expected during working hours; the contractor will try to keep the disruptions to a minimum. Certain areas may be cordoned off for safety — please respect signage and barriers. Thank you for your understanding.
