- Fully stocked kitchen with large pantry, stone counters, and sleek stainless-steel appliances
- Standard coffee pot and Keurig for your morning coffee
- Dining area has a solid wood table, 6 chairs, buffet, and incredible Gulf views

DREAM
- Spacious king bedroom suite with crisp, white linens and a private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico
- 2nd king suite with ensuite bath
- 3rd king suite with hallway bah
- Bunkroom for the kids with twin over full bunks and a twin bed with shared hallway bath

- We provide starter supplies of toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs, and trash bags. Once this supply runs out, you will need to purchase additional supplies.

PARKING
- Your reservation includes parking for up to 2 vehicles. If you have more than 2 vehicles or plan to rent a golf cart, additional parking passes are $20 each. Please give us ample notice if you need more than 2 to avoid delivery fees. Any vehicle without a parking pass will receive a parking citation and daily fine of $25 by onsite security.

BEACH
- LaDolceVita is on the onsite seasonal beach service provider – you can purchase beach sets and other beach items right on site seasonally

Our team includes Kristine, Jen, Kim, and Shelly - we are excited to welcome you to the beach! We are here for you to answer any questions or to help you choose the perfect property, just ask. As owners and hosts, we have a small collection of beautiful properties to choose from. Our team looks forward to helping you have a fun and stress-free vacation...we know the world is full of choices, thank you for choosing us!

- PET FREE PROPERTY - Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional cleaning charges. Our building does not allow guest pets and Emotional Support Animals are not required to be allowed by law in vacation rentals.
- “The Penthouse” is professionally cleaned and sanitized in between each guest – book with confidence!

RULES
- Minimum Age: We require a minimum of one adult over the age of 25 be staying at the property throughout the rental term
- All reservations include a mandatory rental agreement to finalize your reservation that will be sent to your email for easy electronic signature
- Every reservation includes an accidental damage waiver – should any accidental damage occur during your stay, simply notify us as soon as you can and provide a photo. We will file the damage waiver and replace/repair before the next rental guests arrive!
- We offer optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment – this will include trip cancellations and delays, medical conditions, hurricanes, and much more.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM – We do not allow early arrivals as we are busy cleaning and sanitizing the condo for your stay.
- No smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in our condo or on the balcony – smoking areas are only on the 1st floor, please follow signs.
- Parking fee for up to 2 vehicles is included in your reservation.
- Wristbands are required for all guests to use the amenities. We leave 10 wristbands in the condo for you. If you damage or lose a wristband, the replacement cost is $30/each. Your care and attention is appreciated.

*Departure instructions – We don’t believe in long chore lists for our guests – you are here to relax! Before your departure, all we ask is that our guests remove all trash and food and start the dishwasher with any remaining dishes. This small list allows our professional housekeeping team to clean and sanitize the condo during our short rental turn in time for our next guests. We appreciate you!

Great Penthouse Unit

We booked this Ariel Dunes ocean view penthouse for a three day music fest and had a fantastic time. The unit is exactly as described in the listing and the photos are completely up to date. The master bedroom + bath and all the common areas have spectacular panoramic gulf views.

Beautiful condo!

Great layout and beautifully decorated. Had everything we needed for a beach week with family including a nice laundry room and beach chairs/toys. Great location with easy beach access and walking distance to several restaurants. Host was very responsive in all our communications.
