1BR apartment provides All utilities for a comfortable stay (A/C, High speed wifi internet, Smart TV screen, gas, water, energy...) view to some part of the ocean; right at Old Town, 1/2 block to beach.

The space
This apartment has excellent location, so very near the beach, into the Old & traditional town, at walking distance to many convenient places like restaurants, groceries, coffee shops, crafts shops, bars, beach clubs, theme night clubs and so more.
The unit has everything basic and necessary to spend a comfortable vacation even for few days or even months!
In the apartment everyone is welcome, thou it would be more suitable for adults.

SERVICES...
There is High speed WIFI internet covering all the unit; Plasma screen; Air Conditioning in the living room areas; we can arrange an airport pick-up transportation for a regular fee -upon request.
Cleaning maid service is included weekly & free on stays longer than 30 nights; although on shorter stays we also arrange as many as you request on a regular fee as well.
Towels and bed linens are always there, and on stays longer than 29 nights, the maid on her weekly visit exchanges them for clean ones (for free). On shorter stays than that, you may have them exchanged upon previous 24hrs request, on a regular fee.
The unit uses gas for stove and heating water, water and electricity.

In the living room there is a smart plasma flat screen, with high speed wifi internet so that guests can access any streaming platform to which they are subscribed: Netflix, Hulu, Fox News, HBO Go, etc…

BUILDING
The building is a three level floors, and this unit is on the third floor, which provide a partial view to the side of the ocean. Takes two flights of stairs to it. There's a security lock main gate, and the apartment has its own iron protection bars door and then it's regular door to get in.
Other things to note
Book early for events, like:

Thanksgiving, December holidays, New year's Eve, Easter Week - Semana Santa, Vallarta Gay Pride.

Vallarta LGTB pride events happen in this side of town, any beach spot or business pined on your calendar for those events will be within a 0.05miles ratio away.

For all guests, please take note about the following conditions...
- For stays over 30 nights there are 750 watts of electricity included free per month.
- For stays shorter than 30 nights, there are 25 Watts of electricity included free per day.
- In any case, each of the measured Watt of electricity that would be exceeded will be charged at $ 7.95 pesos. This measure had to be settled in order to make responsible use of energy when the air conditioner is used, which means taking caring for using it only with windows and doors closed tightly, and not letting the A/C turned on when going out of the apartment, nor by the 24 hours a day.

Vallarta is a lively city, in full growth and you could find works near the property, Restaurants or bars with the inconveniences that this entails; our prices will have already been adjusted if it were the case.

Security Deposit: a $200 Usd security deposit (damage deposit) is required at check in. Refundable at your check out once verifying that the apartment is left in the same conditions as it was received.

Ask for our transportation service from the airport to the apartment, round trip and/or one way trip.
