THE SPA & WELLNESS EXPERIENCE — OPTIONAL RESORT REGISTRATION

One of Carillon's most distinctive features is its approximately 70,000-square-foot spa and wellness facility, including the renowned Aquavana thermal experience, state-of-the-art fitness facilities and an extensive schedule of health, fitness and wellness classes.

PLEASE NOTE: Access to these facilities requires separate registration directly with Carillon. Resort registration is OPTIONAL and is NOT included in our published rental rate unless specifically agreed to by the owner.

Registered guests receive access, subject to Carillon's current policies, to amenities that may include:

• Aquavana Thermal Spa
• Spa and fitness facilities
• Daily health and fitness classes
• Resort pools
• Beach chair and towel services
• Other services and privileges designated by Carillon for registered guests

Registration does NOT have to be purchased for every guest or every day of your stay. You may select the guests and days for which you would like registration.

Carillon determines all registration fees and policies independently, and they are subject to change. The host does not control these charges or policies.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR GUESTS WHO CHOOSE NOT TO REGISTER

The vast majority of our guests historically have chosen not to purchase resort registration and have enjoyed wonderful stays at our residence.

However, Carillon management has recently become more restrictive in enforcing access to resort-operated amenities.

Accordingly, guests who choose NOT to purchase resort registration should NOT assume that they will have access to any of Carillon's swimming pools or complimentary beach chair and towel services. Access to these amenities is controlled exclusively by Carillon management and may be restricted to registered guests.

If swimming pool access, beach chair/towel service, the spa, gym or fitness classes are important to your vacation, we strongly recommend arranging resort registration in advance.

We want every guest to understand this BEFORE booking so there are no surprises upon arrival.

OWNER CONTRIBUTION TOWARD REGISTRATION

We recognize that resort registration can add a meaningful expense, particularly for families and longer stays.

For qualifying shorter-term reservations, the owner may be able to CONTRIBUTE TOWARD A PORTION OF YOUR RESORT REGISTRATION COST.

Please contact us BEFORE booking with your dates and number of guests. We will be happy to discuss the current registration options and whether an owner contribution is available for your stay.

Registration forms are available from the host upon request and should be completed and returned at least 10 business days prior to arrival.

SPECIAL BENEFIT FOR LONG-TERM STAYS

For reservations of ONE MONTH OR LONGER, the owner may be able to INCLUDE REGISTRATION FOR UP TO TWO GUESTS IN THE RENTAL RATE, subject to availability and Carillon's current registration policies.

This can represent a substantial savings for longer stays and may provide two registered occupants with access to Carillon's spa and fitness facilities, pools, daily wellness classes and applicable beach services without paying the normal daily guest registration fees.

Availability of this benefit must be confirmed with the owner BEFORE booking and cannot be guaranteed until confirmed.

SPA SERVICES WITHOUT FULL-STAY REGISTRATION

Guests may book individual à-la-carte spa services such as massages and facials directly with Carillon.

Historically, booking a qualifying spa treatment has included access to the spa and fitness facilities for that day. Because Carillon controls these policies, guests should confirm the current treatment-day privileges directly with the spa when making an appointment.

This can be an attractive alternative for guests who want to experience Carillon's exceptional spa without purchasing registration for every day of their vacation.

DINING AT CARILLON

Enjoy convenient on-property dining and cocktails without leaving the resort.

The Strand at Carillon Miami offers contemporary cuisine in a relaxed oceanfront environment, and Tambourine Room by Tristan Brandt provides a Michelin-starred fine-dining experience.

All meals and beverages are à la carte.

Some of Miami's best dining is also only minutes away throughout Bal Harbour, Miami Beach, the Design District and Wynwood.

EXPLORE MIAMI

Bal Harbour Shops is just minutes away, as is the Miami Design District with many of the world's leading luxury brands.

Interested in Miami's art scene? Wynwood and the Design District are easily accessible.

There is generally no need to rent a car. Uber and Lyft are plentiful throughout Miami Beach and are often more convenient than driving and parking.

Two bicycles are also available at our property for our guests to enjoy during their stay.

PRIVATE YACHT EXPERIENCE

Want to experience Miami from the water?

Subject to availability, our guests may also have the opportunity to charter our 62-foot Beneteau MC6 yacht at a preferred guest rate.

The yacht is professionally crewed and provides a wonderful way to spend a day with family and friends exploring Biscayne Bay and the waters surrounding Miami Beach. Please ask the host for current availability, rates and details.

A FEW IMPORTANT DETAILS BEFORE BOOKING

This is a PRIVATELY OWNED RESIDENCE located within the Carillon property. Your reservation is directly with the owner and is NOT a reservation through Carillon's hotel rental program.

Carillon independently controls its hotel/resort services, amenity-access policies and registration fees. These policies can change without notice and are outside the host's control.

Resort registration is OPTIONAL.

If you do not intend to use the pools, spa, gym, fitness classes or resort-provided beach chair/towel services, you may decide that registration is unnecessary.

If these amenities are an important part of your vacation, please contact us BEFORE BOOKING so we can explain the current registration options and determine whether we can contribute toward a portion of your registration expense.

For stays of ONE MONTH OR LONGER, registration for up to two guests may be included in your rental rate if arranged and confirmed with the owner in advance.
