The Space

Inside, you’ll find an open-concept living area with a comfortable lounge space, dining area, and kitchen featuring a full-size refrigerator, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. Whether you’re preparing a quick meal or enjoying takeout from one of the many nearby restaurants, the space is designed for convenience.

Each bedroom includes a queen-size bed and its own TV, offering comfort and privacy for families or groups. The master bathroom features a walk-in shower, while the second bathroom includes a tub/shower combination—perfect after a day at the beach.

Additional amenities include central AC, dedicated workspace, free WiFi, and cable TV. App-operated laundry facilities are available in the building (no washer/dryer inside the apartment).

The condo is 790 square feet and comfortably sleeps 6 guests, with a 7th guest accommodated on the single sofa in the living room.

Furnishings and decorations may change or be updated at any time.
We offer two condos within the same building, each featuring an identical layout and comparable views. The assigned condo will be the one available at the time of your reservation. The 3rd bedroom does not have windows/closet
A Pack ’n Play crib is available upon request and must be reserved in advance. The apartment is not child-proofed.
South Beach is a vibrant, lively city. Ocean Drive can be noisy at times due to restaurants, construction, street activity, and music.
