Enjoy coffee in the morning on the patio with stunning views of the San Jacinto mountains, A glass of wine at night enjoying the fire pit are just a few amenities offered when you stay at our desert paradise. Feel at easy behind the 24/7 guarded gates along with 30 pools and a robust fitness center, pickleball & tennis courts to enjoy when you like. Centrally located in the Coachella Valley to enjoy all the golf and entertainment available. Only 1 mile from to the Acurisure Arena where you can enjoy a hockey game or your favorite concert. A perfect location for the Coachella and Stagecoach festivals with shuttle pick up just walking distance from the condo!

Fabulous condo

This was our 6th year that we have spent the month of February in Palm Desert and this the best property we have ever stayed in there! Very comfortable and the kitchen was better stocked than the kitchen in our home! We would rent this place again in heartbeat!

Rare Luxury Apartment in Desert Falls

This was the most luxurious condo we’ve ever stayed at in Palm Desert and among the nicest of many other places around the world. It has been meticulously remodeled throughout with extremely comfortable furniture and upgraded appliances. The location provided views of the San Gabriel Mountains from the back deck which was well furnished and even included a fire pit which was appreciated this unusually cool March. It was better stocked in bathrooms and kitchen than any other place we’ve ever rented. The Wi-Fi was fast and functioned well throughout the dwelling. We give it our highest possible recommendation and look forward to a future visit.

You all took care of the condo as if it was your and left it very clean. Thank you for taking the time to wash linens etc. Ginny and Dennis are excellent renters and guests and we would love to host them again! Great communication throughout their stay too!
