This exquisite home has walk-in closets for storage, and 3 parking spaces. It is less than 10 minutes away from all the restaurants, shops, and grocery stores in Hallandale and Beaches. Also close to several parks and playgrounds.

Our charming Holiday Estate retreat boasts a dock, a unique feature that invites you to immerse yourself in the maritime ambiance of Golden Gates. Docking fees apply and are additional to booking the home.A yacht is permanently docked at the yacht. No disturbance will occur.

Villa Acceptance form (please see below) will be asked to be signed by guest at check in:

-I am aware that I am responsible for my valuables and the condition I leave the property. -I am aware once signing this acceptance form there will be no refunds provided.
-I have found this home in good condition, in working order, and according to my expectation. I promise to leave premises with no damages.
-If damages occur, management company is entitled to retain the damage deposit in part or full depending on the value of damages.
-If excessive trash is accumulated at the end of your stay and does not fit into designated outdoor bins, a service charge of minimum $400 will be deducted from damage deposit. (Cost varies on trash amount)
-Using the dock is prohibited unless previously discussed with your Luxuri agent. Must provide insurance for vessel with matching ID.
Guest Rules
• All door and windows must be always closed & locked • Visitors are not allowed without managers notice • No more cars on property than listed above • No parking on street • No loud music after 10pm • No smoking inside • No parties • No excessive trash • If dock is being used during reservation, you must abide by ocean rules including no wake zones. • For your safety, swimming in the canal is prohibited. • Pool has no lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk.
*No smoking allowed inside home. Risk of losing the entire deposit.
*Pool has no fence, please do not leave children or elderly unattended. Swim at your own risk.
*Elevator only available with proof of disability. Additional 5K deposit required.
*No loud music, no parties or events allowed.
*Please ask for Crib or Pack & Play at booking, prior to your arrival.
*Booking guest is not allowed to sub-rent or sublet to other people. Booking guest must be present at check in and show ID.
*Check out time is 11 am: The crew will enter the home promptly at 11 am unless approval has been granted or a late check out fee of $150 per hour has been paid.

No smoking of any kind indoors! ($1000 fine)

*NOISE ORDINANCE*
Guests may not - play loud music, make noise while entering/leaving, host outdoor activities by the pool or invite additional non-approved guests. These violations are prohibited and strictly enforced, as ALL NOISE must remain indoors and at a reasonable level by 8PM-8AM.

ANY SORT OF VIOLATION will result in BREACH OF CONTRACT and your reservation will be CANCELLED WITHOUT REFUND, and guest will be evicted immediately. If violations fees are assessed by the city, guest is responsible for the payments of all fines (starting at $5,000 +)

Driveway holds maximum 4 sedans parked tightly and NOT blocking the sidewalk. STREET PARKING NOT AVAILABLE OR ALLOWED. NO PARKING ON LAWN.
