A truly amazing condo! Imagine your days at the beach – relaxing or taking in the endless activities the Quay has to offer, and then returning to our penthouse suite where you’ll enjoy views of the Ocean City skyline like no other. Even better - all rooms have ocean views (except for the 2 bathrooms)!

The oceanfront building was designed to give this unit spectacular views to the South. There are no taller buildings in its way. You see it all – the entire peninsula that forms Ocean City from the ocean to the bay.

This unit has 2 levels where the bedrooms are on penthouse level and the Family Room & Kitchen are below. You’ll have the convenience of a in-suite, private elevator to move between the 2 levels. Of course, you can also use the building's steps if you choose.

The Quay has 3 high speed, business-class elevators. Arriving to the 25th floor takes 40 seconds (with no other floor stops of course).

Nice place perfect for my family would definitely come again

The place was very nice no complaints. It was clean. We got right in a little earlier, which was nice. Walk me through the entire process. However everything works the elevator and the condo. It was perfect. We can’t wait to book it again for next year. This might be our go to spot Price was reasonable

Nice condo and only a few steps from the beach. Awesome view. Only complaint noise of elevators at night in master bedroom.

Nice place, beautiful views, and comfortable.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Ed was great in communicating and was very responsive. The view of the beach, the city, and bay were worth every penny. The unit is at the very top of the building. The location is excellent and close to all the attractions. The beds were comfortable and the unit was clean. We would stay here again. Thanks Ed.

NO BALCONY

There is NO BALCONY in this init. All you have are windows to look out on the side and the sideview of beach not very big. Other biggest issue for us was it is located right next to elevators so you had that noise all night. Also one bathroom is located on first floor (not second floor where bedrooms are) and had a bathtub (not a shower) which was inconvenient for us with teenagers as we all (4 of us) ended up sharing the one bathroom with the shower on the second floor.

Perfect location!

Ed is an absolutely wonderful host. The condo was exactly what we needed. Kitchen, living room, 1.5 baths, and 2 nice size bedrooms. We were able to check in and immediately start relaxing. The location is great, the pool was nice, and the beach is steps away with umbrella rental soon as you step in the sand. The bus stop is right across the street. The building employees were nice as well! Looking forward to booking again when another girls trip arises!

Great location, place could use some TLC

The best part of the apartment was the great view and location on the beach. For the price I would have expected that the apartment itself be in better shape. It could use a fresh coat of paint (peeling paint in spots) and a deep clean. The floor was sandy when we arrived, cobwebs in various places, scuffs on the walls, etc. The kitchen table is sticky-it seems like the finish is compromised so it doesn’t fix by wiping down. One of the doors to the apartment wouldn’t lock. The battery was dead. We went 2 days and 1 night with the door not being secure.

First time OC trip

Great location but disappointing overall

Host was great to work with however the property needs some attention. Few other things to know: 1. May be oceanfront but no balcony 2. Elevator within the property was inconvenient to maneuver from floor to floor. Not recommended if staying with children Unfortunately, not the best experience.

Exactly what we needed

We had a wonderful stay at the property! My only complaint is it went by too fast. Ed was an amazing host and communication was wonderful! We hope to return again in the future!

Beautiful views of ocean and bay

This is a 2 floor condo on the 25th floor facing south. The views are amazing. There is no balcony which was OK for the off season rental. Location is convenient to shopping and restaurants. Ed was a super host.

Loved the place. Would stay again. Wish the neighbors were more respectful of the hallway and kept their mess in the car like the rest of us. Hard to get into unit with their beach wagons outside their door all week. Made a mess of the hallway

Nice Views, But Average/Dated Condo

My husband, two children (ages 4 and 2), and I stayed at this condo for the weekend as a quick get-away. We normally stay at the Delaware beaches, but we thought there would be more to do with the kids closer to OC. We should have reconsidered staying in this condo due to some of our safety concerns with young children. There is an elevator IN the actual condo which gives occupants access to the 2nd floor (2 bedrooms and 1 bath). It was an inconvenience having to constantly go up and down the elevator to access the first and second floors. There are stairs, but they are located outside of the actual condo (similar to a fire stairwell). I will say the views are beautiful and the condo did have dishes and some other items that were useful. The acutal condition of The Quay condominium building was disappointing. Trash littered the outside of the building, missing paint, building elevators in poor condition, etc. We may just be spoiled staying at the Delaware beaches! Ed was very helpful and attentive to our needs; however, he should consider a more convenient check-in method (have VRBO text or email condo code). This is what we have had happen with prior VRBO stays (an email was sent to us a few days prior to the trip). While this condo may be ok for an adult couple to stay in, I do not recommend this condo for a family with young children.
