Very nice house in a good neighborhood. I stayed with me and my friends and the house had everything you needed. Host was very responsive and communicative.

Stayed for daughter's graduation

A very nice, spacious and clean home. Also a very quiet, safe neighborhood. Property manager was very easy to communicate with.

This host was extremely accommodating. We had a major issue traveling and this host saved us. Without this host our trip would have been extremely stressful but because of the kindness and accommodation we were able to make things work. Couldn’t be more happy with the service.

House was new and clean. Outside was infested with black widow spiders. Dryer did not work. Living room TV was not working properly and had a blue tint to everything. Both exterior lights front and back were out. Not a great experience. House has major potential.

I sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay. In fact, most of these problems could have been resolved; I had previously messaged you to say that you could contact me at any time if any issues arose, yet you did not mention any of them to me. Regarding the points you raised upon departure, here are some clarifications: 1: The dryer is actually in good working order; it wasn't working simply because someone had unplugged it and failed to plug it back in. 2: Both the front and back yards are equipped with solar-powered motion-sensor lights that turn on automatically whenever someone approaches. 3: Every room is equipped with a fully functional TV. I had already replaced the living room TV twice, but you checked in before I could install the third one. 4: I was only made aware of the spider issue after you mentioned it. Although you noted that the spiders were in the yard rather than inside the house, we will still inspect the area and carry out pest control treatment.

Loved this place-- roomy, 4 bedrooms, 1-story

Would definitely use this house again! Spacious, kitchen is big, bright, & new - nice large common space. All bedrooms nicely furnished & comfortable beds. Good size backyard (1- story was perfect for older relatives!) Nice neighborhood. EZ drive to downtown. Owner was friendly, helpful, quick to respond by text. Family gathered here for funeral -We all loved this place!

The home is very nice, but odd that each bedroom has a key coded lock. Apparently they rent out bedrooms separately to different parties, but thankfully we had the whole house. The host/owner is very kind and communicative, but when we rent a place we don’t expect the owners to be on site selling lawn furniture from the garage. That made our stay feel less private than we would prefer. Had this been known ahead of time, we would have made other arrangements. Again though, the owner is very kind and the house is very well appointed. Didn’t use the tv’s though because you have to cast from your phone and none of us really wanted to do so.
