We are sorry that you did not have a good experience during your stay. We were not made aware of the construction during your stay. Unfortunately, we were not able to do anything about the children in the above room. We did let the building management know about the noise, and they did talk to the guests above the room. We do not supply any kitchen supplies and do ask that our guests bring their own, however, basic cleaning supplies should have been left in the room. Had we known you were missing cleaning supplies, we would have gladly dropped some off. Thank you for your feedback!

We apologize the bathtub shower was not draining properly. It has since been addressed and now drains as it should. Hi Donna, we were delighted to host you and sorry to see that you were unhappy with your visit. We provide photos, a virtual tour, a unit description, and a list of available amenities so that future guests know exactly what they will be seeing upon arrival. It is up to guests to judge if a space will work well for the people in their party. During your visit, the trash service in the entire area was delayed due to back-to-back holidays. While this was out of our control we understand your frustration. We wish that you'd reached out to us so that we could assist with any missing kitchen items. We would have also been happy to ask the HOA to move the electrical cord. It appears that it was for another home and it has since been removed. Our guest service team is available 24 hours a day and is happy to assist. We hope that you'll visit again in the future.

Hi Jason, we are sorry the issues you encountered regarding cleanliness kept you from being able to enjoy a comfortable stay. We did make every effort to work with you towards resolving the matter after it was reported to us. Due to your late-night arrival, we were unable to mobilize a cleaning crew the same day, but we were more than happy to arrange a visit first thing in the morning. In light of this rare inconvenience, we though it only right to refund your cleaning fee back to you.
