Great home with family/friend entertainment within the house from a game room to just enjoying board games in the living room. Pet friendly accommodations although our little one didn’t make it with us. Overall, this was a very clean home and great location by the beach. Eliska was very responsive to my questions and was a great host.

Absolutely would recommend! The property is beautiful, close to the beach, and at night you can hear the ocean. The host Eliska was very responsive with a very smooth check in/out process. We had zero issues while we were there. The loft area was super cute for our grandsons who were 1 year and 8 months old. There are gates at the top and bottom of the stairs to prevent any accidents. There are several beach chairs, boogie boards, wagon, beach umbrella, and toys. The game room area was a family favorite at night when we were back at the property too!Would definitely stay again!

The property was welcoming to pets. The pool is actually a feed trough converted to a wading pool. The oak trees are pollenating, so the patio and outdoor space were impossible to clean or enjoy. Host was responsive. The home was spacious and clean but worn.

Great Getaway

This property was wonderful. We had everything we needed. The restaurant in the community is amazing and the walk to both the back bay and ocean were not bad at all. We would definitely stay here again.

Our granddaughter picked. We were Celebrating her 14th Birthday while there. We had a great stay! The home was very clean. We had no problems reaching our host while there. The pool was being treated when we first arrived. We did not use the pool we were at the beaches most of the time. It was wonderful being able to bring our Furry Family Member Coco to stay with us. We stayed from Friday - Monday! We had a great time staying here. There was 5 adults and 5 - 17 and under! There was tons of places to move about the house! OH Plus Coco 3

Perfect location, clean, comfortable!

Perfect proximity to everything- quick drive into town and quick walk to the beach. Was very clean, and comfortable- cozy decor that didn’t make you feel like you were in someone’s house. The host was super friendly and very helpful. Will definitely look at her other properties when traveling again.

Very nice

Convenient to St. Augustine. Vilano beaches and GTM estuary. Clean , well furnished plus more than just the minimal supplies, such as provided kitche, bathsoaps, garbage bags, etc,and beach equipment (buggy, umbrella and chairs).

Best Stay Ever

Perfect, relaxing Mini weekend getaway! Decided to get to know St. Augustine for my daughters birthday. Home is beautifully decorated, with a refreshing/relaxing vibe. Cleanliness, thoughtfulness and entertainment are all part of this home. My kids were happy with all the entertainment available including beach items, games, enough sleeping areas and all basic items needed for your stay. Perfect stay away from home. Thankful we chose this home, highly recommend and Host is extremely attentive and thoughtful. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Great space for a family trip!

Beautiful house, well stocked supplies, and a great space for a family of 8. Large dining table accommodated our party comfortably! We especially liked the garage turned game room and loft upstairs which helped entertain kiddos 11 through 17! Short walk to the beach was fine for us…but possibly not for younger kiddos for convenience sake, but nothing a wagon couldn’t fix. Short drive to Publix and just a 15 mins drive to old St Augustine. We liked the quietness of the neighborhood and walked our dog throughout the neighborhood. Note - there was construction of a new house adjacent to the property but it didn’t bother us since we were out during the day and workers didn’t stay late. Owner was very responsive with communication from booking through the end of our stay!

Fabulous Family Property

This property was an amazing find. My family of four, my sister’s family of four, and my mother stayed here over Christmas. First of all, the host was easy to work with and was prepared with a baby gate on the stairs, a high chair, and a Pack and Play when I told her we were bringing a 1yr old. The garage has been converted to a game room with a Foosball table and Switch console, which my 2 teenagers enjoyed immensely. The kitchen was large and well-stocked with pans for those who like to cook (me!) on vacation. Having a gas stove was a luxury! The layout of the house was nice, with a large family area and open kitchen, great for family gatherings. My husband and I shared the downstairs room and it was quiet- we were not disturbed by those upstairs. My mother also commented that her room upstairs was quiet. The house has been beautifully renovated, and as my sister said, the photos do not do it justice. The bathrooms were nice and the gas water heater ensured there was always hot water for our large party. My only issue was the downstairs mattress was a little soft, but we were the only couple that had a complaint. That could be personal taste. The house is nestled in the back of a quiet neighborhood. You can hear the waves crashing on the beach when you step out of the house. There is public beach access at the end of the street if you fancy a walk. The drive to downtown St. Augustine is only minutes away, as is the Publix and an excellent pizza restaurant. I recommend!
