We are the Moyer family. Wade's parents bought this condo in their early retirement before it was built. His dad planted the Norfolk Pine out back. We have been coming down for years and love our time in Naples. We visit in the off-season during the spring and fall. We treasure our location in the community and the lanai view.
Fifth Avenue and Third Street are quite fun to experience. Our casual and family favorite is La Trattoria. They have excellent meatballs, salmon crostini, caprisi salad, and neopolitan pizza. For a special meal, Ocean Prime is elegant, happening, and great food. They have three-course early bird menu with excellent teriyaki salmon. Tommy Bahamas is another open air restaurant always hopping. We love the market at St. Paul's Church. Old Naples is a favorite by far: we have been going to The Dock, an open air restaurant, for years and years. It is still good today. Naples Pier is a must to experience along with picnic lunches on the beach. Celebration Park is a popular food truck park with entertainmen nearby. The Botanical Gardens are a once a year walk in the park.
We play golf, love the exercise room, eating out on the clubhouse porch, and enjoying meals out on our lanai watching golfers tee-off and pass by with views to the green. We come down in the off-season and are able to spend a lot of time with other family members.
It is important to us that everything is sparkling clean and in working order for our guests. We do our best to achieve this each season. We want our guests to enjoy our home and all it has to offer as much as we do.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad
Wade's parents retired here to meet friends and play golf. They made many good friends along the way. We visited them quite often and have come to love Naples and all it has to offer. Our kids feel the same way too. They are now grown and their kids are coming down and getting to know Naples.
