First and most important I would ask anyone that reads this review to read our property description. The majority of the negative comments in this review were completely covered in the property description. This is a dog friendly rental. As the owners we enjoy this home with our dog and many others have had the opportunity to do the same with their dogs. If you don’t like that it’s pet friendly we may not be for you. Secondly, we allow people to “Seed Bomb” this home. This means we allow the home to grow in a natural form and we often only trim once in spring. The reason for this is to allow the annuals and Bi-annuals an opportunity to seed. As for the trees you mentioned, we took great care in locating stones on the property that had trees growing in the cracks and saved them to reuse around the home. Some of those are on the front patio. This property was designed so it will change seasonally as it’s part of the allure. The lawn mower is a robot that keeps the lawn mowed. Sometimes it looses Rtk and can stall. We reset it between renters. The broken decorations may have been from previous renters. For that I sincerely apologize.We have since removed them. As for the grill, we apologize for that. We responded quickly to the issue. We cannot control where wild animals choose to nest, especially in a home that is built to be part of that space. This post made me debate getting rid of the grill entirely but I had to remind myself in the 2 years of renting this property we have not had that problem, nor have we had any reviews like this one. I feel as if our home may not have been a fit for you or your group. There’s not really anything I can do about that.
