Sunlit Loft Oasis in Old Factory + Sauna & Peloton

The perfect hideaway in the heart of Williamsburg.

Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Only 2 blocks walk to Graham Ave L subway station and 10min ride to Union Square, Manhattan.

10min walk to Bedford Ave - the heart of Williamsburg, boutique shops, Apple Store, top bars, high-end restaurants, the East River.

Our loft has beautiful 14' high ceilings with exposed pipes for an authentic loft feel. All of our 40+ plants have names - do ask us if you want to know what they are, most of them are a variation of Figgy, Leafy, Palmy, Snakey etc :)

We custom-built the bar ourselves from reclaimed wood :) Please BYO drinks, our drink supply is not included in your reservation.

Rest your head at night on our king-sized Casper mattress, with our custom-built bed frame, and Ooler sleep system. The Ooler sleep system allows you to set a cool or warm temperature setting for each side of the bed. With the Ooler, Casper King mattress and black-out curtains in our bedroom, it might be the best night's sleep of your life!

The apartment does not have a TV - but you didn't come to NYC to watch TV! But if you're still after a night in, instead, you could settle into our oversized CB2 sofa with a book from our in-loft library, or enjoy some self-care in our personal infrared Higher Dose sauna.

The kitchen is fully equipped for you to cook up a storm, or just eat out, there is a plethora of great restaurants in the area!

We have a coffee bean grinder, Italian Moka pot, pour-over, and espresso machine so you can get your daily dose of magical bean juice.

There is a Peloton bike in the bedroom for your athletic endeavors.

Enjoy our private infrared sauna in our living room, helping you to sweat out all the drinks from the night before. **Sauna is only available for adult usage, no-one under 18 allowed **

Our home can accommodate 2 adults and one small child (either on the sofa or on your own, BYO, travel cot.)
