3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Bathrooms. Sleeps 7. King Suite w/private bath. Spacious queen bedroom and bunk room with full bed and twin.

Kitchen includes all amenities and spacious island for breakfast and charcuterie grazing. Keurig and coffee maker with Starbucks. All cooking accessories included. You can make a home cooked meal for those college kids!

Open concept plan with living room, dining and private deck. Great views of Central PA mountains.

2-car garage perfect for drop storage. Cooler, tables, tent, and tailgate chairs available for outdoor entertainment.

Free Wi-Fi streaming.

Bathrooms set up with towels. All bedrooms included freshly washed linens.

Board games and Pac-Man Machine for kids to play.

New construction and a beautiful place to stay during long weekends or during the week.

Lovely Stay at State College
Great property in a good location. It really is brand new, and the owners have thought of some small details that make a nice difference. For example, an Apple speaker, toiletries, laundry baskets. The closest store is about a 12-minute drive, and the football stadium is about that too. Thanks for a fun weekend!!

Amazing place close to Penn State!
The house was just amazing and so peaceful. It was so clean and comfortable. Me, my husband and daughter staying to visit my other daughter at Penn State and the house was literally 10 minutes away from the University. Jeannine was so nice and helpful and accommodating with us and we so appreciate it! Everything about this place was great. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and cozy. You didn't need to buy toiletries because the house was loaded with all you needed. I would 100% stay here again.

We are Penn State Alumni and super fans that wanted to always have a place to stay in Happy Valley instead of the random gross hotel rooms. We have three children so sharing a room with them is never ideal. We purchased this brand new townhome and called it the Penn State house!

We love football, basketball, volleyball, and wrestling. We are theming the home to be vintage Penn State. Its cool and different.

We travel quite a bit and being close to the airport is so convenient. And new construction so close to downtown State College is non-existent.

It's NEW! Everything is brand new from the carpet to the appliances to the furniture. Its a perfect size for families or your friends.
