We loved our stay! Everything we needed in the kitchen. Very nice upgrades. The view and wraparound deck makes the place! Access to the beach was dreamy. Will definitely book again!

Beach getaway

Great, quiet location. Love the laidback feel. Easy to unplug and really enjoy the beach. Accommodations were perfect and as described; allowed everyone to have their own space.

This home was wonderful! Nothing between you and the beach. The layout was great, with the living/kitchen upstairs so there's an amazing view of the ocean! I really loved this place!

Wonderful Stay at the Captain's Quarters

My brother and I and our 2 dogs had a fantastic time at the home. It is a few minute walk from the ocean with gorgeous views of the beach and surrounding areas. The kitchen and living room upstairs is especially inviting. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely stay by the ocean!

I had a very comfortable four night stay, and loved every minute of the amazing ocean views throughout the house. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal and the dining nook is perfect for eating with a view. I really appreciated the fully enclosed wraparound deck which allowed my dog to go outside and nap in the sun without me worrying about her. The trail from the house to the beach is a quick walk and you could easily do it with a cooler and chairs if you wanted to spend some time out there. All in all, a lovely relaxing getaway and I would love to stay here again.

Beautiful location for a respite

Well thought out floor plan and beautifully appointed beach home made the stay a pleasure. So grateful they accepted dogs and me and mine, just thouroughly enjoyed the location. Loved walking to the river and saw numerous birds. Loved sitting on the deck in the sun watching the kites and waves.

The kitchen had everything that we needed to make our meals. The space has nice updates and a beautiful view! We enjoyed having a fire in the fire pit area one night. Overall it was a great weekend at the beach and we would definitely rent this place again when we come back to the coast!

Wonderful!

This home surpassed our expectations by far. Clean and updated in everyway, the bed was very comfortable and sleeping with the sound of the ocean is very peaceful.

Beach house perfection!

This beach house has everything you need for a relaxing getaway at the ocean. You’ll be steps away from the beach with a panoramic view of the shoreline from the cozy living space. Watch for whales while you cook in the well-appointed kitchen. Great communication with the host and easy check-in/out process. Will definitely return.

Absolutely wonderful!

This house was beautiful. Perfect view of the ocean and location to our favorite beach. It was comfortable to stay in. The kitchen was really nice with high end appliances and inviting and easy for cooking meals in. A great big table for playing games and visiting or eating. All with a view. Perrfect for 4 people. Mgmnt was great when we needed something.

Beach Vibes

We had a wonderful stay at the Captains Quarters. The location can't be beat, I mean a short little walk and you're right at the water. The place was immaculate and clean ,we really loved how much thought was put into everything and how well they used the space! The place is well equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. There is basic soap and shampoo in the bathrooms, but we brought our own toiletries. We loved that there was comfy soft blankets to sit out on the deck and enjoy the deck. We are so glad we chose Moclips over Seabrook as it was more of what we liked. We had a magical, rejunvinating long weekend here with our pups and look forward to coming back.

Great place on the WA Coast

Wonderful property - beautiful inside and out, clean and comfortable. We loved the proximity to the beach and the upper deck that was only accessible from inside the house. It worked out perfectly for my husband and me. Some of the neighbors' properties were quite run-down, but that didn't bother us at all, and the people we saw were friendly and working on their properties. This house itself, however, was not run down at all, but was well maintained, decorated, and supplied with all the modern conveniences. Highly recommend if you aren't insistent on being completely surrounded by beautiful properties.

We love this place and have stayed more than once. However, the property is in need of maintenance. 1) The kitchen faucet is broken and barely hanging in there, it needs replacing. 2) There is no light over the kitchen sink. If it's not light out, you can't see anything. 3) The towel rack in the upstairs bathroom is broken off and missing altogether. 4) The towel rack(s) in the downstairs bathroom fall apart and towels drop to the floor due to being loose. 5) The septic system alarm can go off at any time. As a septic owner myself, I know how to shut off the alarm. It should not be the renters responsibility to deal with septic tank issues. They are paying good money to be on vacation and not dealing with homeowner issues. That's why you go on vacation. The location is great and dealing with all these issues and stairs it's still worth it. On a cold day you can light a fire. Of course unlike many VRBO rentals, they don't provide any firewood at this property.
