Appartment is in a new block completed in 2023 and is equipped with the most modern features, including a very big lift. The rental comes with private parking with direct access by lift to the appartment's front door.
The appartment is fully airconditioned, with an aircondition in each room. It comes with a designer finished kitchen, living and dining area with high end appliances, including side by side fridge freezer, double oven, dishwasher, hob and hood. The living area has a 60 inch tv screen with Netflix and all other tv portals. The kitchen/living/dining area comes with black out curtains.
The appartment has 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, another 2 bedrooms and a main bathroom. Three out of the four bedrooms come with a 40 inch tv screen with Netflix and all other TV portals, a desk and comfortable chair. All bedrooms come with black out curtains/blinds, a safe, hangers and a hair dryer.
