Aloha! We would like to welcome you to our little piece of paradise on the Big Island of Hawaii on the South Kohala/Kona Coast. A 20 minute drive north from the Kona airport, the South Kohala area is upscale and close to some of the islands most beautiful white sand beaches. Popular Hapuna Bay and Kekaha Kai State Park is only about 10 minutes by car.

Our 2 bedroom, 2 Bathroom condo has been updated with new kitchen, bathrooms, and flooring. Everything sparkles with upscale furnishings, luxurious king size bed in master, luxurious queen in second bedroom, stainless steel appliances and pull-out queen sofa bed in living room.

Vista Waikoloa is in the beachfront resort area of South Kohala. Two professional-level golf courses and interesting shops within walking distance.

Everything was wonderful, I will recommend for sure ! The access to all the shops, the beach, the swimming pool and the fitness center are perfect ! The condo was clean and well equipped. And The residence always perfect !Thumbs up for Reg & Sue !

Reg and Sue do a fantastic job from booking to check-out! They answered all my questions in a timely manner.The property was in great condition and it multiple beaches/shops within walking distance! Would recommend this property to friends/family and would stay here again myself.

I ADORE this condo! It is a GREAT location, across the street from a path leading to the ocean in minutes. It is a short drive from the best white sand beaches and fantastic restaurants as well! The place is stylishly decorated and very comfortable! It’s just steps from the pool, but also surrounded by a serene and private feeling lanai with great seating options. If I can, I will return here every year!! Reg and Sue were very helpful and accommodating.

This place was immaculate, and super nice. The bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with pretty much everything you need if you wanted to bring your groceries and cook meals. It was in a perfect area, very close to all the shops and restaurants in Waikoloa. Very convenient to have a washer and dryer and cold A/C. The grills on the property are brand new, I made use of those. The pool is big enough to do laps in, very nice.

Beautiful condo and grounds. Pool big enough for lap swimming. 15 minute or so walk to beach or short drive with no trouble parking. Walk to shops, restaurants, some limited groceries. Had a lovely time.

This is a beautiful condo in a very nice resort area of the island. The location was perfect for us as we visited Kona and Hilo sides of the island. Also very near some great snorkeling beaches that they gave directions to access.

We are a family from British Columbia, Canada and have enjoyed spending vacations in Hawaii over the last few years.

We have travelled to some of the other islands in Hawaii, and found the Big Island to have the most to offer. We love the peaceful relaxing environment , and the wide range of activites and wonderful beaches.

One day we hope to spend several months of the year in Hawaii when we retire. We want to share with you, our guest, our future retirement home in beautiful Hawaii.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

We chose our condo in this location because of the proximity to some of the best beaches on the Big Island. We also like the upscale feel of the Waikoloa area.

Reg and the boys are avid snorkelers and we really enjoy exploring the vivid underwater life that the west coast of Big Island has to offer.

This condo is also within walking distance of the Kings & Queens shopping area, with restaurants and shops so once there, you don't really have to drive anywhere.

However, there are so many great places to see on Big Island, you will probably want to rent a car anyways. Where else can you go to see a real, live active volcano! A must see for geology buffs!

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

We very carefully selected our condo after researching and visiting most of the complexes on the west coast of Big Island.

The Vista Waikoloa resort is one of the best constructed buildings with very pleasing architecture and beautiful manicured grounds. It has one of the best pools on the island (heated and salt water = no chlorine and easy on the eyes).

Our ground floor unit has a very large, peaceful lanai which is very close to the pool. You can walk from the lanai to the pool in seconds without stairs or elevators. Great for kids coming and going to the pool. The pool and hot tub area is very quiet, and at times you have these places to yourself.

One of the other reasons we selected this unit was for the expansive windows, floor to ceiling on two walls. The condo is very bright, with plenty of sunlight, but still cool to be very comfortable. Our condo is properly oriented to have the gentle breeze flow through in the afternoons and evenings.
