It used to sit on waterfront property back when there was a dam in Richland Center. The back of the house faces the Pine River and the Pine River Valley which is a protected wetland. It's peaceful and tranquil inside and out. The large picture windows of the home function like a work of art as they showcase the ever changing world outside. It's a special house that has been well maintained and thoughtfully designed.
