Luxury two bedroom, two bath top-floor corner condo in Suncadia! Enjoy the incredible views of all four seasons! Two decks with ample areas to relax. Full stocked chef's kitchen, great for preparing homemade meals. Community BBQ grills located in the courtyard. Seasonal pool and hot tub access to the Trailhead condo's pool**. The master bath is complete with a Japanese soaking tub. The bunk room features double bed, plus built in bunk bed. Each bunk has its own TV and video games!

Come enjoy all that Suncadia has to offer! Walk to the lodge for wonderful dinners. Miles on miles of biking and hiking trails. Endless wildlife viewing. Remarkable sunsets and weather viewing. GOLF! Concerts! Enjoy-it-all!

Sleeps 8. 1300 square feet.

**The condo comes with access to the seasonal Trailhead community pool. You will NOT have access to the Swim and Fitness Center or the Pool @ Nelson's Farm.

The unit is very clean and well appointed. The location and views of the driving range were perfect for us. We were very pleased!The common areas of the building are looking a bit shabby. Carpet stains, oldish furnishings, etc.

No parking in building lot, had to park way up the street, couldn’t get any hot water in kitchen sink. Had to walk a long ways back and fourth to car because condo lots were full.

Stayed here one night for while at a wedding and it was perfect! The space was so nice, beds so comfy, and access was straight forward and easy.

Great views and stay

I had an amazing stay at this condo! The views were absolutely breathtaking, making every morning and evening feel extra special. The location couldn’t have been better—convenient to everything, with easy access to great restaurants, shopping, and attractions. The condo itself was beautifully maintained, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect getaway and would love to stay here again!

Perfect family vacation spot

This property was perfect for our family and my daughter‘s friends that tagged along. The location was perfect in proximity to sledding and getting around Suncadia. The condo itself is well stocked with games for days!! The kitchen had plenty of things to use and generally just appreciated how the host thought of things for families. The kitchen could be slightly cleaner (could use a deep clean) overall it was just fine and we would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Thanksgiving Stay

We had a great time at this beautiful condo! The location is perfect at the top corner with amazing views and plenty of common area space for our family of five. We will definitely come again!

Such a Wonderful Getaway!

We enjoyed the time as a family in the Suncadia area! This is a beautiful area in Fall, with a wonderful change of pace. We were especially impressed with the places to walk, run, bike, and scooter as a family, even with small kids! Great playgrounds, parks, and the riverfront area was fun too! As for the condo, we LOVED it! Great views (including of the elk on the golf course!), clean, and quiet. It was a perfect size for a family with a couple children, and the children's toys were a huge hit with our kids! The kitchen was also well equipped. We would definitely love to come back someday!

Family Wedding

We stayed two nights in the condo with our family of 8. Plenty of space and a beautiful setting. We would likely stay there again but I would ask some questions first. The place is very worn. The elevator didn't work on a regular basis. My 85 year old dad had to walk up and down the stairs a few times due to the elevator being broken. That's not acceptable. The hot water was another issue. It took forever to get hot water for showers or to wash dishes. After two people showered, you had to wait 40 minutes for more hot water. We ended up rearranging our showers to am and pm. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, etc. The floor was a disaster. It appeared as if the cleaning crew never swept or mopped for a month. We cooked dinner the first night and loaded the dishwasher and "started" it before going to bed. Well, the dishwasher is not attached to it's bracket and we didn't know we had to basically slam it shut. I can't imagine that the owners know and would leave it like this? I imagine that's why the silverware in the drawer was filthy and we had to wash it before we used it. These are all things that we worked around, but I don't think we should have had to work around them. It was a convenient location to stay for the wedding, but if I had to stay longer, I would be calling and complaining about the situation.

Great Property

This was a clean and well maintained property in a really great community. We went to The Gorge for a concert then drove back to stay for the weekend. The game cabinet was well stocked so we had a ton of fun playing games, watching football, using the hot tub and a couple of hours spent at the close by winery. We would absolutely recommend this property and hope to go back!

Great Location

Pool and Hot tub not working dirty water. Stains in the carpet in our unit, exterior decks had animal droppings on the decks very filthy.

Pet-Friendly Pleasant Getaway

Good family retreat with full kitchen and pet-friendly setup. Great views of the golf course, easy parking, and quick access to the spa and main lodge. Would have been nice to have access to another pool as the one at the unit was not yet open for the season. TV streaming setup was a bit challenging and communication with host was not optimal, but it worked out eventually. Some kitchen items in cabinet and drawers were not clean, but overall it was a good stay.

Suncadia Home Away From Home

Wonderful setting bordering the Driving range. Very quiet in the evenings. This is our 4th summer at Suncadia, and this was by far the best place we have stayed and will go again.

Perfect getaway

The condo unit was a perfect set-up for us and our adult children to stay while attending a wedding nearby. The view and close proximity to the amenities in the area was fabulous.

Wonderful Family Condo in Suncadia!

Wonderful top floor condo in Suncadia. We mainly wanted a top corner unit for privacy and views and this didn't disappoint. As an added bonus, the house was very well stocked in the kitchen as well as plenty of supplies to keep kids of all ages entertained. The rooms allowed all the family members to have their own space, but also large enough areas to have get togethers. Will definitely stay there again!
