Swim, kayak, fish, rent a boat on Gulf access canal! This bright and airy 2 story home is ready to welcome you and your family:)
Waterfront private & quiet retreat with extra large sliders for wide open views of the South-facing pool and canals. The ultimate in outdoor/indoor living. We are a 5 min car ride or 10 min bike ride to many restaurants and amenities that Cape Coral and the Marina have to offer.
Amenities include a heated pool, attached spa, boat dock with lift, free unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home, and multiple smart TVs with all popular apps. Indoor and outdoor dining options have ample space. We also provide a kayak, life vests, several bicycles and toys & games for the whole family.
Main Suite: Primary suite located on the main floor of the home. It is the only bedroom on the ground floor. Features a smart TV, a large en-suite bathroom with double vanity, double shower heads in large walk in shower, and walk in closet. It has large sliders which fully open to the screened in lanai and pool.
Banana Leaf Suite: This suite features two queen size beds, a smart TV, desk and chair, and large sliders leading to a balcony deck for grand views of the water and pool. En-suite to shared upstairs bathroom.
Captain's Suite: Your very own queen size bed, walk in closet, and views of the ‘owls’ which live just in front (across) our property.
Sunshine Suite: Perfect for little ones and adults alike! Features a triple bunk bed (2 full, 1 single) and crib. Toy chest, games and more fun included.
Additional Sleeping Spaces: Full size memory foam pull out sofa in spacious living room with vaulted ceilings, as well as
All bed linens, bath, pool, and kitchen towels included, as well as basic toiletries such as shampoo and shower gel.

We have cameras installed for our guests and neighbors safety on the exterior of the property (front/side only).

We had a great stay at this home! So much for our little kids to do, even with the colder weather. The pool area was wonderful and it was fun to have a hot tub for the colder days too. Thank you for hosting us in your beautiful home!

We had a great family vacation. We arrived in multiple cars which made it perfect for the big drive way. Neighbors were friendly, pool was clean. It was a little chilly outside when we arrived and Laura warmed the pool a tad bit more for us to make it comfy for us to enjoy. Beds were wonderful. Over all stay was great.

we spent a week in cape coral and had a lovely stay! caught fish right off the dock and the boat lift was perfect for our boat! super toddler/baby friendly!

We would definitely stay here again! Lovely neighborhood and very nice, clean home. Perfect for a family group with kids.

Relaxing
This property was just perfect for a family get together. The pool was wonderful and the area was very peaceful.

Great place
Great house … close by to the Westin for meetings. Loved the pool and hot tub. Lots of toys for littles! Clean and comfortable and had everything we needed!

We loved it!!
Beautiful house and quiet neighborhood. We had a mom and kids trip with 4 families and this house was a perfect fit. Everything was exactly as listed. The garage had so many beach items. Definitely recommend this house and host!

Excellent house and guest
My husband and I took our children and three grandbabies for our first vacation with the Grands. The house was spacious, clean and was in a perfect location. Far enough away for privacy yet close enough for a run to the store! Would stay there again.Thank you Laurie!!!

Best experience!
This was overall the best stay we have had! The house was big enough to fit everyone comfortably. The house was so clean and the amenities were perfect! Laura answered all of my questions and helped us tremendously throughout the trip. Will absolutely recommend to anyone staying in this area and will be booking here again in the future. Thank you SO much!

Family Vacation 2023
We chose this place because we wanted a new place with access to new beaches and places we hadn’t been before and this gave us that. The owner was very nice and helpful. They were accessible throughout our journey and eager to help us anytime we needed it. They answered all our questions. I would recommend this location for your family vacation and the pool is great!!!!

we stayed for our annual family trip June 2026. There were 6 kids, including an infant and 8 adults. The house worked perfectly. The only thing I would state or recommend: we stayed in the room with the bunk beds / crib to be with our baby. The room could really use a chair to feed and rock when y with a little one. Also a noise machine, we brought one, thankfully. But with being two stories noise does carry up stairs. The house and all they provide was perfect. Pool towels had to be purchased, not sure if we missed them or perhaps they got taken accidentally. But that was minor.The kitchen is great for entertainment and the flow of the house is great. The bathroom outside by the pool is also perfect so no one is running in/out. Laura was great to communicate with. If we go back to this area we would stay again.

Exceptionally clean and well stocked. Beautifully decorated. Lots of playthings for little tykes in 2 closets upstairs. A safety net surrounds pool. It’s wonderful even if you don’t have kids. Laurie was super accommodating and available immediately with any questions I had.

Great family stay for all ages
Master bedroom on ground floor is perfect. Quiet corner lot. Lots of space for everyone. Love the bikes and extras provided in the gargage. Owner is very responsive!
Only 2 notes...first hot tub is only on certain hours unless requested and second no binder for favorites, instructions, etc.
Wonderful property and great stay!!

Wonderful time
Laurie is an amazing host and was super quick to respond to messages we had. The pool was perfect and heated in the morning for our little one to enjoy it! The kids toys and items throughout the house was so nice to have and kept our daughter occupied. This house is in a great location with many things to do and a nice quiet neighborhood. Close to Cape Coral beach, shopping and dining. I will say this was the cleanest house we’ve stayed in and would recommend to anyone with or without kids.

Lovely Home
We had a splendid stay! The house was budget friendly, for such a nice home. The hot tub and pool where a huge hit for the kids and even the adults. The house had lots of extras for kids if you plan on bringing children. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Lots of extra towels, linens, and blankets. Also a pack n play and a couple extra roll away beds. There is so many beds, which fit our large group. The gate for the pool was very nice to have for the toddlers. House was clean and spacious. The owner was quick to respond and wanted to make sure are stay was perfect.. Which it was , 5+ stars!

we love it.
this was our first rental and we loved it. it had everything we needed and more. we played games we have not played as a family in years my 11 month old grandson loved his walk and the flooring because at home we have carpet and its hard to move so he was zipping everywhere. loved the pool. Loved the dock my brother brought his boat they went out fishing had a great time caught fish but released them. we just had a overall blast. would love to return on Christmas. I think that would be magical!!! thank you for the memories and opportunity.

Fun with pink flamingo
The house itself was absolutely amazing. We didn’t have any small children with us but saw how well equipped the house was for families. Having a full bath by the pool was wonderful. We used the bicycles that were supplied. Being able to fully open the sliding doors off of the living room was great. The pool area was nice and big, well furnished. The location worked out really well. Our only regret was the cool outdoor temperatures which didn’t allow the pool to heat to a warm degree for swimming. Maybe in the future a cover for the pool would help? The only other suggestion we have is that it would be nice to have written instructions about garbage days, TV info, etc.
