Inside, floor-to-ceiling windows flood the home with natural light while offering sweeping mountain views. In the heart of the house, you’ll find a bright, open-concept kitchen and dining area built for gathering — complete with a breakfast bar, granite countertops, and high-end appliances. Budding chefs will love the Ninja blender, air fryer, Keurig (pot + cup), tea kettle, and a deep selection of spices, oils, and cookware.

After dinner, head to the cozy living room where a mountain-scape mural sets the tone for chill evenings in. The home’s bartcart and cocktail mixing setup bring a festive touch to your evenings, while acoustic treatments on the walls help keep things serene.

Families will appreciate the thoughtful amenities for little ones, including two kid-sized highchairs that match the dining set, a crib, baby gate, stools at the sinks, child locks (optional to use), and a full kids’ dining set.

When it’s time to wind down, each bedroom offers space to stretch out. The primary suite boasts a king bed, ensuite bath with soaking tub, and year-round views. A second guest room features a queen bed and dedicated workspace, and the bunk room accommodates four in two twin-over-twin setups. There's also a Pack n’ Play and a sleeper sofa in the living room to comfortably host larger groups. All rooms come with blackout shades and spacious closets for added comfort.

Parking Details:

The driveway is on a hill, but has ample flat parking space for 5-6 vehicles plus use of the garage.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 30 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.

STR Permit Registration: 2834

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
