The cabin was fantastic. It has everything you need for your stay including being pet friendly. It is conveniently located to the Biltmore, downtown Asheville and too many hiking trails. Linda was wonderful and communicated well. We would stay here again when visiting.

Had a wonderful stay. Close to everything and the cabin is exactly what you see in the listing and what we expected. Hot tub was ready for us and we had just what we needed for 2 and our 2 dogs loved being able to be in the yard, under sup

Very nice cabin. Peaceful setting.Big enough for four people and pet friendly. Close to Biltmore and Blue ridge parkway. Linda was good with communication .Also an outdoor area. Would highly recommend it.

Relaxing stay

Property was very clean, conveniently located, kitchen well-equipped and we enjoyed the hot tub after a day out (in cold weather)!

The positives regarding Hummingbird Hill: Cabin was clean, directions before arriving very explicit, Wifi easy to set up. Communication with manager very easy. Dog toys, coffee, shampoos and soaps, towels, were left for guests. Pets are allowed, which is nice. However, the "fenced yard" is not "yard", it is "gravel", and the drive is steep, with no place to really walk your dog. The driveway is difficult and there is road noise from below on Mills Gap Rd. There are no dressers in the bedrooms and closet door cannot be fully opened as it hits the bed. If you plan several days, it is a little awkward for clothing. The cabin was smaller than expected. The front and side porches are narrow and a bit worn. We did not use those porches, and therefore not the grill or hot tub. All this was discussed with the manager after our visit, so there may be some changes now. Since winter months are approaching, I would ask about the steep road and driveway to the cabin. Not sure how you would "park at the bottom and walk up" as per the directions during snow or ice. Carrying luggage would be out of the question. I do not like to be negative, but we felt disappointed .

Great Location! Very Cute Cabin

My family enjoyed our stay at Hummingbird Hill. It was a great location, and the cabin was just perfect for those days or nights we just wanted to relax and stay put. Super close to great restaurants, Breweries and the Biltmore!

Perfect place to stay to visit Asheville.

The cabin was perfect for our family. It was nice having a hot tub too. The cabin is near places of interest like the Biltmore Estate and downtown Asheville. I would definitely recommend this property.

Cutest cabin ever!!

This cabin was delightfully decorated, very comfortable and well stocked with amenities. We were so close to Asheville yet in a Forrest. Great time.

Cozy getaway

Great overall experience! The location was perfect, woods all around yet easy access to local attractions. The cabin was so cozy and we loved having a fireplace. Really appreciated all the pet friendly touches as well. Definitely would recommend!

Great location cabin

Cabin is very near major roads, but still offers a good view. Hot tub was clean and hot upon arrival. Cabin was clean, and had plenty of household items for cooking, including an outdoor grill. Very pleased with our stay. We're sad we couldn't be there just one extra day, due to work, so plan on staying several nights.
