Rayann’s beach house was amazing, the people are nice, the beach is beautiful, the place was clean and beautiful. Mildred was very helpful . My husband and I really enjoyed our vacation. Thank you .

We had a wonderful stay! The communication from the host was excellent from start to finish, making everything easy and stress-free. The home was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The location was absolutely incredible. Being right on the beach was the highlight of our trip, and the views were even more beautiful in person. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway in Exuma, this property is a fantastic choice. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was great and the location was excellent. The views of the water and sunset/sunrise were wonderful! We really enjoyed staying there and would most definitely stay again!

The house is very well equipped. There was nothing we needed that they haven’t thought of. Very spacious and a wonderful location. Mildred is a fantastic host.

We had the best 12 days in Exuma and enjoyed everything more by getting to come back to this place to relax everyday. Mildred, the host, was friendly and helpful at every turn. She helped with recommendations for our trip and even assisted with the TV to help bring up FIFA worldcup coverage. We were able to check in early and check out late easily to line up with our flights since there was gap before/after us. The place was clean and cool during the hot weather. The location CAN NOT BE BEAT! We swam right out back everyday and sat in the shade of the porches to enjoy the view. It is a must rent VRBO, and we can't wait for next visit.

Very beautiful and peaceful property! We loved every part of it! Mildred was also very kind and thoughtful to leave us a loaf of fresh, homemade bread...we will definitely be coming back! :)

Our stay was wonderful! Our hosts welcomed us with cold drinks in the fridge and delicious coconut bread upon arrival. We woke up to a gorgeous view of the sun rising every morning from our bedroom! There were lots of towels, well stocked kitchen, plenty of snorkel gear and great beach chairs too.This was such a special place to stay on the island. A special thank you for the birthday cake you delivered to me. We loved our stay at Rayanns beach house.

This was our forth time in Exuma, staying at Rayann’s and it was just as perfect as the others. Mildred and Isadora always go above and beyond for their guests. This home definitely feels like “a home away from home” for us and we look forward to our next trip!

We loved staying at RayAnns. We wanted a house that was directly on beach & it was fabulous. You could see everything from the house. All the beautiful views and the house was perfect for our group. The house was perfectly clean & stocked with everything you would need. Our host was wonderful. She met us at the house with the most delicious warm homemade bread that we enjoyed throughout our week stay. There were several dogs on the island that we fell in love with. They hung out with us throughout the week. Out hosts had a folder with all the things to do in Exuma and restaurants to try. We will definitely be back. The people on the island are so delightful.

Perfect place

The house is perfectly located and on a wonderful beach. We had a great stay, slept amazingly well and enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Our stay at Rayanns was magical. Mildred was so nice upon arrival, the place was so clean (the cleanest of any rental I've had). The view was just magical. We appreciated the bread, as well as the extra drinks in the fridge and they offered to get groceries for us and everything was fresh and well chosen. Everything we needed was there as we cooked mostly at the rental. To be noted 3 sisters beach is not sheltered so as we had a mostly windy week, the waves were big! We wanted to explore the island so not a big deal for us. Thank you for an amazing week! Highly recommend.

Amazing Host in Paradise

Our hosts were warm and friendly, the house is perfectly provisioned with beach chairs and towels and even some snorkeling gear. They were so warm and accommodating— we had to shift our dates because of flight delay, and they were willing to shift the stay. Highly recommend this place- it is right on a super quiet beach!

Fantastic view, location and hostesses

Lovely home located near airport and popular hot spots. Beautiful views and a great place to just relax and unwind. Mildred and Isadora are wonderful and attentive hostesses.

Enjoyed our visit

House was as described. Good communication throughout and check in / out was easy. House is centrally located and easy to get to other parts of island. We had a great time.

Girls Trip to Exuma

Such a great place to stay. Everything was perfect from an easy check in to check out. The home was clean and plenty of towels for the beach. Nothing better than a cup of coffee on the porch with an amazing ocean view. I can't wait to go back.

Paradise

Mildred and Isadora were incredible hosts! Fromthe birthday cake they made for my wife, to the wonderful bread we received upon arrival, they thought of everything! Beautiful location and excellent snorkeling spot. We will stay here again. We have been to Exuma multiple times and this is arguably our favorite spot.

I enjoyed our stay so much! We will definitely be back. The location was perfect and I was shocked how all are needs were anticipated and met. And the homemade bread was amazing. I would definitely recommend this to a couple or a group of 4!

Stayed here 3 times…Hope to book the 4th

The location is fantastic and the home is super clean. You will need a car and the owner can recommend a private rental. Kitchen is well equipped and recommend you bring in as much food as possible. Freeze your meats and grill baby grill!!!!
