Set on the calm bonefish flats with a sandbar that appears out front at low tide, this is a quiet, laid‑back side of the island that still keeps you close to everything.
Spend your days between the pool and the beach or slip into one of the included kayaks and glide over turquoise shallows where sea turtles often cruise by morning and evening. A nearby blue hole offers another stunning spot to swim and explore, and you are only about 5 miles from George Town for groceries, shopping, boat tours, and island life.
The house is fully air‑conditioned and designed for comfortable island living, including a 300‑square‑foot screened‑in patio that is an absolute must in the Caribbean for breezy, bug‑free lounging and outdoor dining. Fire up the outdoor barbecue grill for fresh fish or steaks, then relax on the patio or by the pool with wide open water views.
Inside, you will find everything you need for a relaxed stay, plus a back‑up generator for extra peace of mind if the power flickers. You are also just a short drive from local restaurants and beach bars, so you can choose between quiet nights at home or easy evenings out. This was our sixth trip to Exuma but our first on the Bonefish flats. We stayed at Two Turtles with our two young children and we had an amazing time! Having the pool and the beach steps away was perfect for us. We didn’t have to leave if we didn’t want to, but we were still pretty close to George Town for groceries and restaurants! House was clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely return!

Honestly the best vacation home I've ever booked. Kitchen was FULLY stocked with essentials, any kind of pots, pans, utensils, small cooking electronics you could need was there. They also had everything you would need for pool time, snorkeling, kayaking. Bug spray, coolers of all sizes available, sunscreen. It was so nice! Also CLEAN, I'm a cleaner by trade so this is something I naturally notice. The place was just so nice. Felt very private, perfect for our anniversary. Bed was comfy too! I had to check the brand to buy for myself. First aid kit was there. Towels, games. I hope to stay again. The host was great at communicating how to get there, what to do, and what to expect. He gave a lot of little info that became very useful for a smooth and comfortable stay. Recommended good things to do and places to eat. Highly highly highly recommend this host and property!

Here’s a polished version that keeps your tone but tightens it up and smooths the flow:We loved our 6-night stay at this magical beachfront property in Exuma. The home had every amenity we could possibly need, and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the cookware and utensils. Everything was immaculate, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. One of our favorite things was being able to relax on the couch with a book while looking out at the ocean.We spent most of our time outdoors, enjoying the crystal-clear blue water and taking the kayaks out each day. One morning, we even spotted a turtle, which was such a special experience.Jack was extremely helpful and provided great recommendations and information throughout our stay. He was a gracious host, and his manager, Kay, made arrival seamless by helping us get checked in and stocking the house with groceries ahead of time—it made settling in so easy.We would absolutely stay at Two Turtles again on our next trip to this beautiful, turquoise-water island.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful VRBO in Exuma, Bahamas. The location right on the beach was perfect, with breathtaking views, crystal-clear water, and the peaceful atmosphere we were hoping for. The home was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Waking up each morning just steps from the beach was truly special and the turtles/tropical fish were very beautiful. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and would gladly come back again. If you’re looking for a beautiful place to relax and experience the beauty of Exuma, we highly recommend this property!

We were met by the Kay and she had stocked our refrigerator with all the things requested. The house was the perfect size for our family of four. The access to the beach was wonderful and we took advantage of the kayaks provided as well. Jack was great at answering all of my questions….and trust me I had a lot. He gave great suggestions and resources to help the trip to so smoothly! It is truly a piece of paradise and I would definitely stay there again!!
