We had such a lovely weekend in Rhode Island! Perfect location for easy day trips to Newport, Providence or exploring beautiful East Greenwich. Truly a peaceful oasis with lots of wildlife on the property - bunnies, deer, birds/turkey! :)

The house was exactly as described and was spacious and comfortable for a family of four. While we didn't cook in the kitchen it was spacious and looked fully stocked. The air conditioning units and washer and dryer worked well. It's in a great location for East Greenwich - close to some great restaurants and easy highway access. It's also a quiet and private property. The owner was very communicative and responsive. I shared the listing with friends that are interested in rentals in the area for when family comes into town to visit.

Our family loved this home away from home. It was private and away from the high traffic road. Very peaceful setting. The house was very clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. Everything was provided, linens, towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, garbage bags, toilet paper plus more. Even beach supplies like beach towels, beach rugs, wagon, beach umbrella and chairs. It was wonderful not having to worry about those things! Our Host was very helpful before we arrived and we even had a personalized letter to welcome us! It’s the little things that make us feel welcome. This house is on our favorites list and we hope to return next year!!

The home was beautifully appointed and is as shown in the listing. Staying here was truly peaceful and the perfect spot for my husband and me along with my mother, who was celebrating her 99th birthday, to stay while we visited family. We would absolutely stay here again.

My friends and I were very happy with our stay. This home is truly a peaceful oasis! We had very clear and quick communication with the owner and all rules and recommendations were clear. This was a wonderful little home for us during our long weekend. I highly recommend this home for a comfy vacay or get away.

Great stay

We had a great stay! Home was clean, cozy and had everything we needed! Property just was kind and considerate and even reached out to us about turning lights on for us so we would not arrive to a dark home. I would definitely return again!

Place was a great spot and location was perfect. Loved how large the property was also

The home was a nice 3 bedroom that had a massive outdoor area. We enjoyed our stay while in town visiting some friends. I recommend this place to anyone that is looking to spend some time in East Greenwich to either hike, goto block island, or just to hang in the area; which was very nice.

A perfect place to stay for move in weekend at URI. The home was clean and very well stocked with anything we would need (kitchen and bedding). The property was beautiful and spacious. We even found a hiking trail at the local farm a short walk from the house. We would definitely return.

Wonderful oasis

The house was lovely. Everything you could possibly need, all labeled. Just a perfect country setting. Owners were extremely welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

"Peaceful Oasis" is Accurate

A very nice property and very peaceful. Away from major roads, but not too far away from shopping and restaurants. Jennifer was an amazing host and very responsive to all requests/inquiries.

Amazing place!

We couldn’t have picked a better place for our needs. Close to everything while being in a quite semi-rural environment. The home is well apportioned and extremely comfortable (the pics don’t do it justice). We will be returning to Rhode Island in the Spring. If the property is available, we won’t look any further than this wonderful home with very responsive hosts.

Delightful property and great location

Enjoyed our brief 3 day visit to this charming country space. Very welcoming, attractive updates, very clean and highly organized. House was very comfortable however I did worry about the floor’s unmarked step down into Primary bedroom from Living room. Despite that, we would Love to stay here again

Location and property were just as described. On a quiet acre and a half. Minutes from everything. House was cozy and peaceful! Owner had very polite and friendly communication.

Absolutely Perfect! So clean!

I highly recommend this rental. It's perfectly situated to explore Rhode Island. Close to everything, but you feel like you're in your own private nook as it's set back from the road and has a beautiful yard. I've rented many homes from VRBO and I have to say this was the absolute cleanest! Its extremely well laid out and comfortable. The cherry on top....everything is labeled!!! I'm type A and as soon as I saw the labels I knew it was the perfect rental. Jennifer was a fantastic host and even personalized the welcome book. You will not regret renting this property. Thank you Jennifer!

Rainy week in RI

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home and enjoyed RI in spite of the rain. There are such nice outside places (fire pit and grill area with table/umbrella and chairs) that we didn’t get to try. Next time! The inside is extremely well-equipped with nice quality furniture, appliances and furnishings. The owners even provide coffee, tea, some food, condiments and spices. The space is nicely laid out for a family or unrelated adults—master suite on one side and two bedrooms on the other with another full bath off the kitchen. Also, the location is very convenient with easy access to route 4 going north or south. The whole experience was very enjoyable and we’d highly recommend this property.

The property was in a great location, was clean, organized (appreciated the labeling), and as advertised. The beds and bedrooms were comfortable and had decent storage. The A/C units worked great and hot water was plentiful for the 6 of us. All of the available seating in the dining and family room allowed us to play games at the table and to watch the World Cup soccer matches easily. The outside property area was quite large and we enjoyed watching the bunnies romp around the yard and we even had a visit from a groundhog! All the supplies needed to manage our stay were available and in good working order. We all thought the rental was perfect for our visit. Jennifer, our host, responded to all our inquires quickly and it was a pleasure to work with her. We very much enjoyed our stay and we would not hesitate to recommend the property. Thank you Jennifer for a super time in East Greenwich. Oh, and Allie's Donuts is a must stop!
