Welcome to our inviting 4-bedroom, 4-bath townhouse, just 5 min drive from the legendary LSU stadium in Baton Rouge! Whether you're in town for a game day, exploring the vibrant LSU campus, or simply seeking a comfortable and spacious retreat in the heart of Baton Rouge, this townhouse is the perfect choice for your stay.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a modern and well-appointed living space designed for both relaxation and entertainment. The spacious living area is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. It's equipped with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, complete with modern appliances, granite countertops, and all the essentials you need to whip up a delicious meal.

Each bedroom offers a comfortable haven for a restful night's sleep.

Outdoor Space: Step outside to a private patio or backyard area, where you can enjoy the pleasant Baton Rouge weather and perhaps even fire up the grill for a barbecue.

The townhouse's unbeatable location makes it a dream for LSU fans and anyone looking to explore Baton Rouge. You'll be within 5 min drive to the LSU stadium, making it incredibly convenient for game days, tailgating, and soaking up the college atmosphere. Additionally, you'll have easy access to campus facilities, restaurants, and nearby attractions.
* NO PARTIES ALLOWED - Under no circumstances are parties allowed on the property. If a party is held, the police will be called, and the reservation will be immediately canceled without refund. Additionally, an extra cost of $5,000 imposed by the HOA, plus $300 for extra cleaning, will be charged.
* NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND inside the house- $200 Deodorization additional fee will be charged if any smoking is done inside the house.
* NO PETS ALLOWED- $250 Pet cleaning fee will be charged if there is evidence of pet in the property.
* PARKING- parking space available for 2 midsize vehicles inside garage and 2 on the driveway. Absolutely NO blocking neighbors' driveways or streetside parking. (Per HOA regulations, cars will be towed at owner's expense).
* NO PACKAGE DELIVERY - We are not responsible for any packages delivered to this address.

Perfect

The property was fantastic. 4 large bedrooms with 4 large bathrooms was perfect for our group of 8 adults. The master bedroom and ensuite was amazing. There’s plenty of room everywhere for everyone to have space. The kitchen was the focal point for my group of people to gather and plan our days. It was the perfect location. Plenty of parking. Would definitely recommend staying here. I look forward to staying here again. The owners are fantastic to talk to as well. Highly rated. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. Only 2 small draw backs. And those aren’t major at all. No kettle to boil water for tea and no hair dryer found. I would recommend to the owners to turn the nice sized garage into a games room with dart board and pool table for those days the weather has you locked in the house. I can’t say enough good things about this house.

Having four large bedrooms and four full bathrooms was such a bonus. Everyone had their own space and it was a wonderful experience.

The place looks nice and clean but very little stocked items like kitchen supplies, no dish sponge, only 1 tea towel, coffee table was slanted, couldn’t control temperature so it was hot, shower water was not very hot, some lights didn’t work, very few bath towels, no privacy in the kitchen since neighbors could see each other through door. Housekeeping didn’t take previous renters dishes out of dishwasher and left previous renters drinks on the counter. No very impressed with the amount we paid.

Lovely home, perfect location

This is a perfect place for a family or friends to stay. We were in BTR for a Tiger Band reunion and football game and a few friends and I got to spend extra time together by staying here. The kitchen and living area were very comfortable and had ample room to sit and visit. The bedrooms were very nice and the beds were super comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will stay here again!

Absolutely loved staying here with my friends. Very spacious and accommodating with the number of people we had. I most definitely loved the location and the ease of getting items from nearby stores. Communication was grade A+++. I definitely would consider staying here for my next staycation.

Close to LSU

Perfect location for commuting our middle school Colorguard team to and from LSU. My only compaint that is that there were Keurig cups but only a Mr. Coffee machine that had no capability to make the Keurig cups that were available.

Overall we were very pleased. However, one of the upstairs TVs would not get a signal. And you might want to update some of the towels/wash cloths. Some are getting pretty worn.

Property was clean and orderly. We were very comfortable. I did walk barefoot in the master bedroom on the carpet and felt what I thought might have been dried wax. I did ask management about a coffee machine and I was told there was a Keurig machine. I brought my supplies for that. No Keurig machine. Just a little bummed out.

Baton Rouge Hangout

The home was clean and spacious. Check in and check out was easy. We had a minor issue but Mateo’s response was quick and the issue was resolved promptly as well. The only challenge was not enough drink ware for our party of 5.

Noisy neighbors and not a good kitchen

It’s bare bones. Carpeting is a little gross. No real kitchen stuff to use. No spices or cooking oils. No coffee for the coffee maker. Very bare bones. Party next door went on until 2am. Not my favorite place to stay.

We enjoyed this property. Very clean and great location. Very easy to access everything we had planned. Property manager was very quick to solve any issues we had. Would recommend this property.

Baton Rouge townhome

This home was spacious and perfectly located near campus, the event center, the capitol and children’s museum. Mateo worked with our needs and was easy to communicate with. We loved Baron Rouge!

Cleanliness and comfort

Communication with Mateo and team was great! Lots of space to spread out and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. I felt like I was in my own home. The area also offers a lot as far as food options and nearby grocery store. We will definitely be back!
