Just 5 mins from LSU, this brand-new 4BR/3.5BA townhome is the ultimate stay! It features a king size master bedroom w/ private bath, another ensuite bedroom, 2 queen beds in one room, and a queen + twin in another, great for guests of all ages. 3 full baths upstairs, half bath downstairs, all with modern finishes.



* 2-car garage + 2 in driveway

* No boats/RVs/trailers

* Ask for pet authorization

The Space:

- The master suite features a plush king-size bed and private bath.

- 2nd bedroom includes a queen bed and private bath as well.

- Bedroom 3 includes two full beds.

- Bedroom 4 has one full bed and one comfy twin bed, great for guests of all ages.

- 3rd upstairs bathroom with two sinks, and another downstairs full bath.

- Stylish living room w/ smart TV.

- Fully equipped kitchen w/ modern appliances + dining table

- Front and back porch.

Not far at all from the LSU campus! Easy to navigate to and from. Great property with a ton of room. Quiet neighborhood! We enjoyed it! wish we would have stayed longer !!

We enjoyed this property. Very clean and great location. Very easy to access everything we had planned. Property manager was very quick to solve any issues we had. Would recommend this property.

Space for everyone

Having four large bedrooms and four full bathrooms was such a bonus. Everyone had their own space and it was a wonderful experience.

Lovely home, perfect location

This is a perfect place for a family or friends to stay. We were in BTR for a Tiger Band reunion and football game and a few friends and I got to spend extra time together by staying here. The kitchen and living area were very comfortable and had ample room to sit and visit. The bedrooms were very nice and the beds were super comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will stay here again!
