100 year-old historical, fully updated craftsman home located in Roseland Terrace (Baton Rouge's oldest neighborhood) in the Garden District. Perfectly located between downtown and Mid City, this home offers 2100 square feet of luxury and privacy. Stroll down the oak tree-lined avenues in the neighborhood or walk/bike/drive a few blocks to some of Baton Rouge's best restaurants and bars. And you are only 2 miles from downtown and LSU.

Perfect place for us.

This was the perfect place for us to stay for the national bowling tournament. My only regret was we didn't get to stay longer.

Beautiful place

Outstanding property with plenty of room. Stayed with four adults for event at the convention center. Kellie was immediately responsive to the few questions we had. Nice neighborhood and was convenient to many places to eat. Definitely would stay again.

Wonderful

I booked this place for my parents to stay and they loved it. They kept complimenting the beautiful decor. It was very comfortable and they were very happy with everything. They needed help to figure out the downstairs shower and how to work the tv but after a while we figured it out. I would definitely recommend this to friends.

Beautiful Home, Just As Described!

The home was exactly as advertised. Wonderfully furnished with more than enough to not only get you started, but get through your stay. Contact with owner was not necessary as everything was great but available and helpful when reached out to. Location is very convenient to many top spots for the family.

Large space for family stay

Roadtrip getaway for game vs LSU

Perfect stay at this updated and well decorated cottage. It was situated in a pleasant area with various options for delicious dining and minutes away from the campus. While we didn’t cook, the owner had everything you needed.

Lovely Experience

Can't say enough about how much I enjoyed my stay. So many thoughtful touches, that made everything smooth, and comfortable. The neighborhood is great for walking, and my dog and I enjoyed wandering as I admired the houses. Everything was lovely, and I highly recommend it if you're in the area. Thanks Kellie!!

This house is AMAZING! Great location, wonderful bedrooms, beautiful bathrooms, kitchen was perfect to cook, enjoyed playing games at the large table. Definitely recommend this place. The kids all lived it too!
