Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are pleased to know Somerset Cottage's location and overall cleanliness met your expectations. We regret that several aspects of your stay fell short. The limited supplies, delayed check‑in information, and condition of the outdoor patio are all areas we are actively addressing with our team. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us refine both our standards and our communication. We appreciate your perspective and will use your comments to ensure a more seamless experience for future guests.

Thank you Marci for staying with us and for taking time to leave a review! We are sincerely sorry for the experience your family had at one of our vacation rental properties.. We Do not take your comments lightly and are in the process of discussing them with management to ensure this doesn't happen again. 30A Escapes holds itself accountable to the highest of standards of ethics and it was unfortunate to learn about the circumstances of your rental. While attempts were made to salvage your vacation, we understand that your expectations were not met. Again We apologize and hope to welcome you back to 30A in the future.

Thank you so much for the lovely feedback! We’re thrilled you had a perfect, charming stay and loved the location. It means a lot that you chose our home, and we’d be delighted to host you again at Somerset Cottage anytime.

Thank you for sharing your feedback on your stay and during your stay. We want our guests to have an amazing vacation and we are disappointed this one did not make the top of your list. We would have happily taken care of any cleaning issues for you but also understand that once you are settled in, a visit from housekeeping is not always welcome. We do our best to ensure our properties are advertised showing current furnishings and design. Based on your comments, this homes design was not to your preferences. We have let the owner know about your suggestion for towel racks and we have addressed the slow draining sinks in the master and taken care of the kitchen items needed. Again, thank you for your feedback.

Thank you so much for the feedback at our cottage "Somerset". We have taken all necessary steps to rectify the items that you mentioned. Unfortunately, Palmetto bugs (not roaches) frequent areas with water and there is really nothing we can do about them. The home has 6 sets of french doors that may be left open by some guests during cooler weather, so they get in that way occasionally. I can assure you and all future renters that this home is set up on a monthly pest control service with a reputable vendor. We will continue to do everything in our power to handle the issues. Sincerely, Cassi Hollington, Vice President.
