Hi Ashlyn. We’re so glad you had such a wonderful stay and enjoyed our home. Thank you for the feedback. We immediately took action on your 2 comments. Our cleaning team identified the culprit as the rubber seal in the washer and bleached it. As for the cockroaches, we do have Brock pest control every month and haven’t had any issues reported until now. I wonder if the rains the week you stayed had anything to do with it. In any case, we’re so glad you had such a wonderful experience at Big Panda.
