This property is beautiful and relaxing and quiet! We absolutely loved our stay. It is located centrally to many popular areas. We would love to stay here again when in the area!

This was one of the best VRBO experiences I have had. Brittany was the most responsive and accommodating host! She accommodated both an early and late checkin/ out request. She answers all my questions immediately. Her home was the cleanest property I have ever stayed at. There were lost of extra touches, like welcoming snacks and a power cord station with cords. I really enjoyed sitting outside in the evenings on the covered patio. It was also just a few blocks walk to old town Spring. Fun spot for folks who love touristy spots with some history. I had fun walking around. I will return for sure . Thanks Brittany for a wonderful 11 day stay!

This was a GREAT place to stay! The property was clean and very well decorated. The back porch is amazing in the evening to unwind and in the morning for a relaxing cup of coffee. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all our meals. Overall, just a great and affordable stay in Old Town Spring! Thanks again.

We enjoyed staying here and the grandkids loved coming to visit. They caught lots of fish, fed the turtles, and got to splurge at the candy store in Old Town Spring! Fun times! Thank you for a wonderful, clean and comfortable home to stay in.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house had absolutely everything we needed and the host communicated very quickly when needed. We hope to stay again.

This is the best thought out home we've stayed in and we have stayed in many. Having the labels on everything was so helpful. The location is quiet! We would definitely stay again if in the area.

We had a wonderful stay. The amenities were wonderful. Our host thought of everything. Everything is nicely labeled (drawers, lights). The location is also great. You can stroll down to cute Old Town Spring, or jump on the freeway to head down to Houston.

Cozy, comfortable and clean.

The house is very clean and beds were comfortable. Everything we needed for the stay was provided. Would definitely stay again.

Very welcoming and felt like home. Felt safe and neighborhood is quiet. Beds were comfortable and everything there was very clean and just what we needed. Close to Old Town Springs and within walking distance. Plenty to do and see in Springs. Would highly recommend staying at Modern Farmhouse in Old Town Spring. We definitely will be back.

Great Getaway

It was a very nice place for my husband and I to meet up with our friends. Each couple had their own bedroom and bath. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch in the evenings. It was a very short drive into Old Town Spring to shop and eat.

Very cute and clean

Great little house in a great location. Very well appointed with everything you could need for your family and pets. Brittany is very thoughtful and quick to respond. Would definitely come back again.

Had a wonderful stay. There are many extremely thoughtful amenitie all over the house. Good quality bedding and towels, not cheap like most other places. Very clean and quiet during sleeping hours. Great location!! Very convenient to old town spring and freeway access but quite and tucked away almost in the country feeling. We hardly noticed any of the mentioned construction noise. Nothing started too early or ran late in any way. Would definitely stay here again. Even nice doggie neighbors to play with in the mornings!

Amazing Experience

Beautiful home! We felt like we were at home the entire time. Everything was so clean and organized and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! We had a blast and would definitely stay again when we are in Spring! Thank you so much! It was a lovely stay! Ps: Thank you for the congratulations card and beautiful words! We really appreciate it and the wedding was perfect!

Quaint

The property was very clean and well equipped. They even had dog beds and water bowls, which we brought anyway but it was nice that they had them. The only issue I had was that the property is located down the road from a train depot and we caught the train every time we left the house.This is easily avoided by going left off the dead end road that the property is located on instead of right. I didn't hear the train at night or anything, so overall this was a cozy retreat and beautiful property!
