The perfect getaway spot for your family is at Phoenix 8, 1202 in beautiful Orange Beach! Take that well deserved vacation and enjoy the views from this wonderful condo! Wake up to some of the best views on the beach and spend your days on our white sand beaches.

THE SPACE: Phoenix VIII 1202 is a two-bedroom, two-bath condo located directly on the beach. The condo has magnificent Gulf-front views from the 12th floor. You have access to the balcony from both the living room and master bedroom. Our kitchen is fully stocked and has seating for two at the bar and four at the dining table. The living room has comfortable seating with a sofa sleeper and a large screen TV. The master bedroom has a KING BED, TV and a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom has TWO (2) FULL SIZE BEDS, TV and a full bathroom with tub/shower unit. This unit has no carpet with full tile without. Free wireless internet access is provided. For your convenience, we provide a washer and dryer in the unit.

THE PROPERTY: Phoenix VIII offers a family friendly experience. Amenities include free wireless internet and cable TV. Our large outdoor pool has a waterfall with lounge chairs and umbrellas. For safety, there is a fenced in kiddie pool area with a gazebo. You have access to the barbeque grills, half-court basketball, pickle ball court with nets and lighted tennis courts. Indoors there is a separate heated indoor pool and hot tub, fitness room, sauna and restrooms accessible from the pool area. Enjoy direct boardwalk access to our beautiful white sand beach and spend some time with your toes in the sand! To keep sandy toes clean, there is an outdoor shower area on the boardwalk. An ice machine is provided in the lobby along with vending machines for drinks and snacks. At a charge, an electric vehicle (EV) 40-amp dual-head fast charger is available located near the guest parking. Security cameras are active around the property and in the elevators. We have the same amenities as the larger complexes but with our low density building you have room to spread out and enjoy yourself!

THE AREA: Soft, white sand beaches and spectacular sunsets await you. Wake up to gorgeous views and plan your day. Explore the jetties at Perdido Pass, relax on the beach or lounge by the pool. Wind down your evening watching the sun set over the Gulf of Mexico then take advantage of the many local restaurants for dinner. If you want to venture out, enjoy shopping at Tanger Mall Outlet stores or San Roc Cay across the street. You are only a short distance from The Wharf where you will find wonderful shopping, restaurants, concerts and the AMC Classic Wharf 15 movie theatre. Get your thrill on with the rides at the new OWA Amusement Park.

*After booking, instructions are provided to purchase parking passes. $55 (+ tax, price subject to change). *Max 2 vehicles per condo. *Must be 25 years of age to book, proof of age is required. *Non-smoking unit both in the unit and on the balcony. *No pets allowed/allergy free unit. *No parties. *Note: A starter set of paper products are provided. Bring extra if staying longer than a couple of days.

Phoenix VIII

very pleased overall. initially had a slight mixup on door code that was resolved promptly.This is our second stay at Phoenix VIII, and we will certainly return.well equipped kitchen, very good location for our preferences, quiet, close enough to restaurants and stores, very good wifi, nice size balcony with table and chairs and a lounger, large tv..1 minor suggestion would be to add a Roku or something similar to the tv, so to be able to use only one remote and to facilitate finding shows or movies. or just bring your own.Ok. 1 more suggestion for the building mgt. The other Phoenix towers all look to have huge roman numerals up at the top of the building, facing the street. But once you figure out that PHOENIX #8 is the one WITHOUT a number on it, then it’s not a big deal…

Perfect spot for family with teens

Kudos to management! I messaged needing a dust pan and they were there within 1 hour. Thank you. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. There was updated furniture in the living room that was a nice surprise. The balcony was our favorite place to be for coffee and wine. It was nice that you could utilize the aminities at the property next door - especially since the pool was larger and they have racquetball courts. You rarely had to wait for an elevator and they kept the entire lobby area very clean. The only improvement I would recommend is a touch pad key access to the workout facility in this building. Some mornings we wanted to start before the front desk personnel got there to give a key or in the evening after they were gone. It was an inconvenience. Regardless, we would absolutely stay here again.Thank you for hosting us.

This complex is NEVER crowded. You won't have to wait for an elevator or worry about a chair at the pool. The lobby area is beautiful and welcoming and the property is extremely well maintained.
