Vintage Camper Overlooking Seneca Lake

We want our guests to be happy with our service/accommodations in every way. However, I went into the camper at 1:30 before your arrival, when I saw that our cleaner had forgotten to clean/prep it for you. Then, I went inside a few minutes after I saw your message that you had left, to see if I could smell urine or smoke. Both times I didn't smell either. Then I got my husband, and we checked everything. All of the burners on the stovetop lit, and the oven lit, so that was in order. We opened up cabinets and closets, and nothing. There wasn't even a smell of burnt grease in the camper, because it's pretty clean. Could it have been the ammonia in the cleaning spray that had just been used right before your arrival? Ammonia smells like urine. I also have some Fresh Wave odor remover gel in there. which has cedar and cinnamon in it. Could that be it? As I already told you on the message board, my husband and his friend were in his art studio playing music, and they took their shirts off because it was hot in there. You could see his friend through the window blind. He is a kind person to visit his blind friend and play music with him- not a scary or creepy looking guy at all. Also, the art studio blocks our view of the camper and its yard, so it provides privacy. We saw that you had to drive your truck with bad tires up our hill backwards, but you knew we had described the hill very well online. You thought you might get your money back if you left and made these claims.
