Oak Haven is located right off Sunset Dr on a small stretch of New River in downtown Blowing Rock. The river is more like a creek and has easy access for the kiddos and dogs to walk around in.

There is plenty of parking available, but only one vehicle is permitted in the strip between our building and the one right across from it. Additional parking is available throughout the rest of the property.

Up to two dogs will be considered upon request and require prior approval. Must be under 35 pounds each, weight limit strictly enforced by HOA. Cats or any other type of animal are not permitted. A $100 non-refundable pet fee will apply per stay.
