We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at this property! It is so quiet and secluded and beautiful! It was perfect for a short getaway for me and my husband. Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again!

This is a great cabin with a fantastic location and view. We came for our 28th anniversary and this cabin did not disappoint. It was clean and comfortable. The location is secluded and is perfect for a peaceful and relaxing time or a romantic getaway. The host communicated everything needed for arrival and departure. We will stay again.

We loved the cabin! It was beautiful and very quiet and relaxing. Loved being greeted by the robes and the glass/drinks, I immediately put mine on and settled in! We will definitely be back!

Super polite professional host! Fantastic property. It has everything we could want from a separate bedroom to 2 fireplaces to two sets of rockers - one set out on back covered deck & one set inside both allow an incredible view. We loved staying here!

If you want privacy and a breathtaking view of the Smokies, this is it. The view is truly amazing, you can lie on the couch, the bed, or the screened porch’s chaise lounges or rocking chairs and watch how the mountains and sky changes as the sun goes down. The property itself is great-the bed was very comfortable, everything was clean, and the cabin is just right for a couple. It seems isolated with no other cabins within view, but it’s just a few minutes’ drive from downtown Bryson City. The host Brian was super-responsive when we had a minor issue. We hope to be able to return and see the mountains during a different (cooler!) season. The only suggestion for improvement would be to add a dresser to the bedroom or more drawers or shelves in the dressing/laundry room for those who stay longer than a couple of nights. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay.

This is a beautiful cabin and a fantastic location! The hosts were wonderful and quick to respond to any questions. The view is great and we really enjoyed the indoor wood burning fireplace. Can't beat its proximity to town! Our only comment would be that the kitchen accessories (Pots/Pans/Utensils, etc.) could be upgraded. They were all a bit old and heavily used. Lasty, be prepared for a steep climb to get to the cabin. It is at the top of the hill but provides great views and a private location. Well worth the climb!

Peaceful getaway

The cabin was very clean and peaceful. It is located in the mountains and the view is beautiful. Peace like none other. It was a romantic getaway away from everybody. We really enjoyed our stay.

Overall Buffalo Trace cabin was great. We felt it could use some TLC...the interior was awesome. The exterior (porch) could use some attention to detail. Thanks for everything, we are working plans for another stay.

We had a restful and relaxing stay. Complete privacy, beautiful view and loved that screened porch. Access is a little difficult with the steep climb but the road is in good condition. Great location easy to get into town and close to grocery store. Also central to a lot of sights and destinations.
