Enjoy easy access to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Deep Creek, tubing, hiking, and the Great Smoky Mountains Railroad. Unwind by the fire pit, relax on the porch, and take in the peaceful mountain setting after a day of exploring.

We had a wonderful stay. The internet went out but was restored as soon as possible. This is a very comfortable close to so many opportunities place to stay!

The house was beautiful and great view. The only thing is the driveway was rough getting into. A 4x4 would be better. Enjoyed the hot tub.

Rooms were very clean and the cabin was a great location! Just far enough and nestled in the mountains, but still a very easy drive to Bryson City to enjoy the local restaurants and shops. Also very close to Deep Creek, which made for a great hike!

The cabin was easy to access and was extremely clean. I give the cabin and the host 5 stars. We enjoyed our stay immensely. We hope to return again.

The cabin is fantastic. Very clean and the porch is awesome, we could have sat there the entire weekend. Easy to get into Bryson City and Harrah’s. Highly recommend it.

We had such a nice time at the Great Escape! The kitchen (which we did not use this visit) was impressively stocked with every appliance! The rooms were tastefully decorated and so comfy! There is a hammock on the wrap around porch which I enjoyed! And, the hot tub was so very lovely! I was wishing we had more time there!For interested folks, there is a master bedroom upstairs, with a tv, and a shower in the bathroom. Just outside of the en-suite bathroom is a loft with a trundle bed (2 twins). I imagine anyone staying there could use either the bathroom in the bedroom (also with a tv)or the full hallway bathroom across from the bedroom downstairs.The driveway was mostly gravel and was a little bit scary at first, but I had no trouble in my Toyota Corolla! There was plenty of room to turn my car around at the house in order to get out going forward!Bryson City is a cute little town and the Nantahala Outdoor Center is a pleasant drive, about 18 min.All my questions were answered promptly by Darrell; made it so easy!I do plan on returning in the future!

LOVED IT. The view of the twin mountains from the porch is so nice. There is also the hot tub and the firepit area so plenty to do at the cabin. Then Cherokee is less than 20 minutes away.

This property was wonderful and the views bigger and better than expected. Communication was timely and manager very responsive. The home was beautiful and the wrap around deck very nice with a variety of seating. The property is well maintained and is well appointed for the needs of it's guests. Would stay here again.

Hello future Guest. The only issue i’m aware of is our Internet went out due to our provider experiencing issues. Our Wi-Fi is working great with no issues. We were hard to provide a five star experience for our guests and look forward to having you stay!
