We’ve dreamed of a home in the mountains and made it a reality! We hope you love our beautiful home tucked in the Aspen trees of the San Juan National Forest, overlooking Castle Rock!
Our 3000 sq ft modern mountain home, built in 2023 has all the luxuries you’re looking for plus so much more! Enjoy plenty of space to relax in our 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath retreat with mountain views from almost every window. Take in the views of Castle Rock and surrounding mountains from the oversized patio, or take a stroll across the trail to the San Juan National Forest and Little Cascade Creek.
Our home sits adjacent to the San Juan National Forest which you can easily access by foot, just 2 miles from Purgatory Ski Resort, and 25 miles from historic downtown Durango.
Enjoy a well appointed open living plan including the kitchen, dining room, comfortable living area with fireplace, and floor to ceiling windows. The home is perfect for two families as it features 2 primary suites, a bunk room with two sets of twin over queen bunks, as well as a media / game room for fun and relaxation. The home is equipped with super fast Starlink WiFi and Smart TVs where you can access your streaming account. Relax and take in the beautiful views from the expansive patio with plenty of seating, an outdoor dining table and a BBQ grill. Our home also features a custom mud room for all of your outdoor gear and a boot/glove dryer.

We are excited for you to experience our happy place in the mountains. We are from Dallas, Texas and from the time we started visiting Durango back in July, 2017, we’ve been on “Relentless Pursuit” to have a home in the mountains. We purchased the property in March 2020, then ended up moving from Dallas to Durango in the summer of 2020. It’s been a fun experience building our modern mountain retreat and we hope you love our home and the surrounding area as much as we do!
