I was happy to find a place to stay for the weekend But few things was not expected no coffee no sugar no iron board and iron and not really clean when that charge 120for the clean

Hello Adan, Once again it was a pleasure to host your stay for the 1 night, I know it was a short stay, however I would have been happy to get coffee and sugar dropped off as it was overlooked to get put out. Regarding the iron and ironing board those are kept in one of the shelves in either one of the bedroom or bathroom closets. I wish you had reached-out during your stay so I could have had addressed these issues for you and offered more guidance as to where to find anything you needed.

Place to stay after wedding

My husband and I stayed at this property for 2 weeks. The host was courteous when we reached out about no hairdryer not available in the apartment. She ordered one for delivery the following day. I would, however, recommend deep cleaning or cover the sofa fabric which shows lots of watermarks or discoloration of the sofa fabric. It was our personal preference not to make use of the sofa and only sat on kitchen chairs.Overall, our experience was positive. The apartment was comfortable and clean. The host, Laura, was very accommodating when there was a little hiccup during the reservation process. We would stay there again.

Convenient location and decent place

Close to the highway. Place was clean. Owner was great. Lighting was not great and there was a small plumbing issue with the shower.

Thank you so much for your feedback, to improve future guest’s experience I did have a floor lamp added to the living room area to give guests additional lighting options as I know the other lamp I had there had the antique style bulb which was very dim, so I had that lamp moved to the dining area and the new bright lamp in the living room. I appreciate your patience with the shower handle and once more I really wanted to thank you for your stay, it was a pleasure to have you!

It worked for our needs

The place was ok, it was clean and had a few basic things in the kitchen. However I was disappointed that the ad stated it had a washer dryer but it’s not the unit rather on the other end of the building. We had been traveling 9 days by the time we arrived so needed to do laundry upon arrival. When I learned it wasn’t in-unit I took to my daughter’s house instead, so I didn’t even see the washer dryer. I found the mattress comfortable but my husband said it had a dip on his side. And the king mattress was shoved into a day bed frame so was hard to get in and out of. The shower handles are coming out of the wall, needs repair. The kitchen had basics and offered tea and coffee but didn’t even have a can opener. It’s a downstairs apartment so you have people walking overhead. Also there is a window air conditioner in the front dining room but none in the back bedrooms. So for our stay in Sept the weather was ok and a box fan they provided kept us cool, but I sure would not want to stay in the heat of summer. Overall it worked for the 5 nights we stayed but I wouldn’t book again.
