Private apartment with separate private entrance consist of bedroom w/queen, living room, dining room (with a twin bed tucked into its own alcove) kitchen, bath. We live in the main unit and rent the upstairs unit short term as well.
Keypad for easy self check in. Ring security camera located on garage facing driveway and street. Ring doorbell located on owners front door.

Done up just right

The apartment in Batavia, IL is beautifully appointed. Bed was comfortable and made up with nice fresh linens, and the bath with plush towels. Shower head might be due for an update as water pressure was so high it nearly knocked me over! Parking is available in the driveway or on the street. Even though the neighborhood is gorgeous, and walkable to dt, a chain lock on front door would be a nice addition, too.

Nicer than expected!

Kim met us at the front door, the apartment was much bigger than I expected! It was decorated beautifully, plenty of room for my sister and I. There is a full kitchen, big bedroom , living room, dining room and back porch, screened in. We accidentally locked ourselves out and Kim assisted us right away. Will definitely stay here again!

Fabulous Visit

We loved our stay in Batavia. This property is all one level and presented easy access to shopping and restaurants. We will be back!

Charming and well appointed

Entertained my 95 1/2 year old mother for dinner and cards and she was delighted, as was I with the decor and space. The kitchen was well enough appointed I made her favorite meals. Will plan to return in September and December. I recommend the owners take new photos with natural daylight and windows open as the apartment is much more inviting than the images currently online!

Very well equipped, clean and nicely furnished.

Kim Nasti’s place was the perfect place for my return visit to the Fox River Valley to visit friends and colleagues from my teaching days at NIU. We instantly felt at home. Warm and cozy were the dominant feelings we experienced coming into the apartment.

A gem in Batavia!

Wonderful apartment with all the conveniences of home. Very quiet and close to all the restaurants, shops and the Metra station. Kim was easy to communicate with and available when we needed her. We’ll be back!!
