Thank you for leaving me a review! I stressed to you twice before your check-in that parking cannot block the sidewalk, even slight blocking the sidewalk is not allowed and can result in a towing. I was told you rented in Orlando before and that they had the same rules. I was surprised that one of your vehicles was still get towed. Our own van was once towed for the same reason, and that is why I always stress the parking and towing polices before the guests' arrival. Unfortunately, towing sometimes still happened after the stress.

The pool and spa heating is an optional service that requires advance activation and is listed on the Vrbo page, including the note that it should be requested at least two days prior to arrival so it can be fully heated in time. We understand this may not always be obvious, and we’ll look at ways to make this information even clearer for future guests. Regarding the neighborhood, we’re sorry to hear about the disturbance. While this is outside of our direct control, we certainly understand how it can impact your stay and appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
