Amazing House with a great view and access to the beach! The pool and bbq are great features on the nice terrace. The interior of the house is also very nice. Also the access to all the activities in the community are amazing!

Spring break with three families

We had a blast at this house. Walking distance to several restaurants and ice cream. We spent our time in the pool and occasionally ventured outside of Puerto Adventuras to go to cenotes, water parks and cirque. The house is about an hour and a half from tulum airport. We rented a large van and drove ourselves around. The grocery store is also just outside the gates to puerto adventuras. We had a couple issues with ac and the back door, but overall it was great. The housekeeper tidied after us and freshened the sheets and swept while we were out daily.

The property is a nice house in a good location but it has NOT received any maintenance in years. The main door can't be closed from the inside, some bathrooms have no shower curtains and some inside doors can't be closed. It is a shame, it must have been a lovely house, but has been left to rentals with basic linens and towels. No decoration can be found either and kitchen utencils are very basic, no dishwasher functioning either and drawers that hardly open and close. Fortunately the housekeeping lady, Dominga, does her best to clean the house and give a very warm welcoming sense, Dominga saved our stay. The owner, although we wrote her several times, after making the one-time payment, we never heard back from her. It was a pity to be in a great space without the lovely details that usually complete the experience and the stay. I don't know whether to reccomend the property, because without Dominga, it is not worth it from our point of view. We were a 6 woman group celebrating our 50 year birthdays

Three couples shared the house for five nights in May, and we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it is and the amazing view from the patio. The sea is right there, although the beach is solid rock and is not suitable for sunbathing or swimming. It was beautiful to look at while enjoying the pool and patio, though. I wasn’t sure how it would be to have the housekeeper there most of the day each day, but Dominga was sweet and helpful with calling cabs and questions about the house and she stayed out of our way as much as possible by cleaning parts of the house we weren’t in. It was actually very nice to have everything kept so clean and fresh towels, etc. every day.The development was quiet and safe. They have very good front gate security. There were a lot of restaurants in easy walking distance, and dolphin pools and a marina to see along the way. The beds were comfortable and the a/c worked well. The kitchen is large and very well equipped for pots and pans, serving ware and glasses. Very few pantry items, though. There is a big grocery store 100 pesos’ taxi ride away.The pool was kept very clean, a nice temperature and was a pleasure for all of us. There were small things here and there that could use the attention of a handyman (some faucets, toilet paper holders, repainting) but these were small issues that did not affect us unduly.
