Newly renovated (January 2023) 2 bedroom 2 bath, ground level condo. Children’s playground & Tennis court directly out back of the unit. Inground heated salt water pool 25’ away. The pool area provides 2 free grills with complimentary propane. We are Next door to the coin operated laundry room. The backyard also has a grill and picnic tables. All rooms have Smart TV’s with over 100 dvd’s to watch. Cozy fireplace for the Fall or Winter months. 15 Minutes to Gunstock Ski Mountain. 2 minute drive to Weirs Beach & Boardwalk. 3 minute drive to Fun spot, go karts, and many restaurants. We are smack down in the middle of everything! The grounds are beautifully manicured, with a nice pond for the kids. They love to catch and release the frogs! We are super host that have been doing this for years with excellent ratings! The Condo is stocked with all your essentials and Keurig. Free K-Cups provided. Directly out back is The Witches Brew Pub with beautiful views of the lake.**BIKE WEEK** Unfortunately the association doesn’t allow for trailers to be parked on the property. If you plan on bringing trailers, please make arrangements where you will store your trailer. Thank you

Our family loved this condo. With two full bathrooms was perfect for our family with two teenagers. The condo is so cute. Nicely decorated and clean. Having an access to the back yard was great as we brought our fur baby with us. Our family absolutely adored this condo. With two full bathrooms, it was perfectly suited for our family of two teenagers. The condo was incredibly charming, tastefully decorated, and spotlessly clean. Having access to the backyard was a huge plus, especially since we brought our fur baby along. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants was very convenient.I would definitely rebook this location.

Great place in an excellent location. Bed was really comfortable! Loved that it had hard wood floors and a walk out to the back yard. Our dog also loved that.

Great clean condo in Laconia. Easy access, and comfortable. Kitchen with everything you need. Nice to see this is pet friendly for future bookings. It was wonderful in for our December stay, I’m sure it’s great in the warmer months with a pool on site! Recommend & would book again.

Great Location Near Weirs Beach

Clean, cozy 2 bedroom in condo complex with beautiful grounds, especially a large and pool and pool deck. Great spot for a family that is adjacent to Kellerhaus. Host very communicative and kind. We will stay again.

Great stay at Laconia.

Had a great stay with family at the condo. It's roomy, well kept up and very clean. The area is very close to Wiers beach. We had a really nice boat ride on the Mt. Washington. Nice little shops to walk through nearby in Meredith.

The room layout was great for us since we had our baby daughter with us. She was able to sleep comfortably in the kids room and we were able to be undisturbed (with the monitor!) in the master bedroom.

The condo was spacious and very quiet had all the amenities we needed including a pool. Unit was clean and comfortable. Only concern was hallway light would sometimes go out making it hard to see the lock box to retrieve the key, but this is more a concern for the condo association.The weekend was great and had a blast….

Long weekend

This place was absolutely perfect for our long weekend getaway. We loved how accommodating they were for our dog, and the walk out back yard was perfect! Our son loved the bunk beds, and our bed was very comfortable. The layout makes the kitchen, living room, and dining room spaces feel connected and flows nicely. They also had a bunch of DVD’s available which was so kind as we had an unexpected rainy day. It’s so close to so many things! We spent a lot of time at Fun Spot and Weirs Beach, and this place is so conveniently located that we could just “pop home” to eat our meals.

Spring getaway

The unit was very nice - clean, well furnished with plenty of room. Wish the weather had been a little nicer, but it's spring! The unit is on the ground floor so we found the floors to be extremely cold. Some area rugs might be a nice touch! There are no outlets in the bathrooms, so that was a little inconvenient. Overall, we enjoyed our time in Laconia and the accommodations were fine.
