Fantastic location, easy check in and out and the condo was clean, comfy, and very cute. One note that it's a basement unit and the air quality is as you might expect in case that is a factor for someone. Overall excellent stay!

We had a fantastic visit here! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The process for checking in and out was smooth and easy, and the host, Stefanie, was prompt and available with communication during the booking process and our stay. The location was ideal with easy walking distance to Weirs Beach and the boardwalk shops. The kids loved the beautiful pool and the ice cream/chocolates shop right next to the condo complex. We would definitely stay again.

great location

We stayed for bike week and it was the perfect location. the check-in process was super easy and the place was perfect.

Lake weekend

Great location for access to the beach, popular pier area, arcades. Saltwater pool & playground on the property were a hit with our 2 & 4 year old. Laundry is in a separate building and you need to buy a card.

Girl’s Weekend

We had a wonderful stay! We rented a boat, went to a concert- everything was either a walk or short drive away. It was a perfect weekend

Great Unit close to Weirs Beach

The unit was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of clean towels and fresh sheets. Pool was a welcome addition in the summer heat as well as it being super close to all the restaurants and action on Weirs Beach. We also went to the concert venue less than 15 minutes away. Great stay!

Awesome weekend thank you

We had a great time, the place was clean and updated. We had everything we needed. Is centrally located, we had out boat at the marina and was just a 10 min drive down the hill. The communication was excellent. Thank you we will be back.

Overall very nice & clean. Close to so many restaurants, Weirs Beach and things to do. Wi-Fi connections kept going off, which included the TV. Also no safety bars or slip resistance strips in the showers

This was a great location to stay for the weekend, we saw a show at Bank NH Pavilion Saturday and explored Weirs Beach Sunday. We were very satisfied with our experience. I would definitely consider staying here again. The property entrance is on a hill with stairs that might be difficult for someone with mobility problems. The patio door opens onto level ground which is accessible across grass to the middle parking lot. There's a table and chairs to sit outside, and a grill which we didn't use. The condo was clean and equipped with all the expected amenities. One bedroom has two beds, full and twin, but the full was too close to the wall for my friends to easily get in and out so they slept separately. The other bedroom has a queen size and lots of space. The bathrooms were sparkling clean and had brand new towels. We didn't really use the small kitchen except for the fridge but we appreciated there were a couple of full ice trays in the freezer. There was a binder with all the information we might need, including the host's contact information. The location is walkable to Weirs Beach, though it would be a steep walk uphill to get back. We used Uber a few times, rides were readily available and reasonably priced. The condo development is off the main road and felt safe and removed from the hubbub of the beach and attractions while being easy to get to. There's a Cumby's around the corner for provisions. Overall, great stay.

Beautiful fall weekend

The condo was very clean. we walked down to the lake and to the town from the condo. The scenery and facility was very pretty! We drove into Meridith and did some shopping …what a cute little town with everything! Great help from the hosts with some instructions on the tv! They were so helpful and wanted to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Thanks Great communication from
