Set above a beautiful stone wall with a Mediterranean feel, this villa offers a private, upscale Caribbean experience. Pool and beach areas are shared with The Mansion and Villa 2.
The Space:
Stunning 2BR/2BA beachfront villa on Corcega Beach with sunset views, private beach access, central A/C, WiFi, Smart TV, stocked kitchen, gas BBQ, gated yard, and washer/dryer. Direct access to the beach and a shared beachfront pool (shared with the main house and Villa 2). Please note: the villa does not have solar, a generator, or backup water; outages are rare but possible.
Guest Access:
Villa 1 at Casa Aguas Azules has a private entrance, and both the villa and balcony are fully private for your stay. Located on the ground floor, it offers easy access to the shared beachfront pool and patio, shared with Villa 2 and The Mansion. There are plenty of private lounge areas around the pool, and night swimming is especially enjoyable.

Villa 1 at Casa Aguas Azules is a beachfront located house in a quiet, private community of upscale houses.
Getting Around:
A car is needed to enjoy Rincon and the surrounding areas.

We are2.5 hours from SJU Airport, 35 minutes from both BQN & MAZ airports and 1.5 hours from PSE Airport in Ponce.
To avoid the drive from San Juan there is a Cape Air flight that goes direct multiple times a day from SJU to MAZ.

The property was like stepping into heaven. We stayed three nights as a reset after a lot of loss and when we left we felt transformed. The host was very accommodating. I would definitely stay again.

Very nice place. First time to puerto rico. I hqd a overall, pleasant experiance. The villa was very nice. Everything i need. Hqving access to thr semi private beach was valuable to me. I would return to same location.

Great location, beautiful home. Very comfortable for 4 people. Snorkeling out front. Everything was clean and lovely. I'd recommend a car though to get to restaurants etc.

Everything was exactly as described and my wife was totally satisfied with my selection! That's not accomplished without great attention to detail. We were both comfortable and relaxed all week in this quiet, semi-private beautiful and natural setting. Location was perfect as well easily enabling us to travel around the island!

Beautiful home, excellent location. Best stocked VRBO ever! ie, coffeemaker, French press, and a Nespresso! Great communication, security excellent. Good swimming in ocean or enjoy the clean pool. Killer view, close to town but in a quiet area. Easy to find and access. Good air conditioning and hot water. Private parking behind a gate.

Gorgeous getaway
Phenomenal little bit of paradise with a lively reef right off shore that makes snorkeling easy and entertaining yet still gives plenty of sandy bottom to swim and refresh in before you hit it. Pool immediately seaside gives you no reason to leave unless you want to. Highly recommend.

Property excellent, great access to ocean on site, however there were a few issues. First, I was pleased with the rental and it was as described on the ocean. The issues, a better coffee machine is needed rather than the cheap Mr coffee, more towels and kitchen dish towel would be better, the dryer did not work properly, there was an exhaust fan in the bathroom that is without cover, with the electricity exposed, there is a rebar sticking out adjacent stairs to beach that is an accident waiting to happen.

Michael,
We wish you would've let us know about all these issues prior to your departure. We could've gotten you a coffee machine that you'd like as well as provided you with more bath and kitchen towels. If the dryer wasn't working properly it could've been fixed with a quick message or call to us and we would've had a technician fix it. The exhaust fan cover has been replaced. We will take care of the rebar.

Great communication with host throughout the stay. Any questions or issues were handled well. The house was perfect for our family! Our kids loved being able to swim and get to the beach as well as well as snorkel the reef right in front of the house! Could not ask for a better spot!

He treated the home with great care, leaving everything clean and in excellent condition, and respected the property as if it were their own.
