This most exclusive complex in Rincon, is a 2,800 sq. ft, three story fully furnished and equipped Mediterranean style villa with air conditioning, comfortable kitchen, dining, living room and terrace on the first and Third floor. This amazing beach front villa with direct access to the beach is a stones throw from beautiful Antonio's beach and nearby to many of Rincon most beautiful beaches. This 145 acre gated, ocean front resort residential complex has two miles of private beach and is near down town Rincon and Aguada. Minutes away are dining, activities and shopping.

The First floor has large living and dining room, entertainment room, half bath with water views, beautifully decorated with a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace area with gas grill, beach chairs, beach umbrella. It comes equipped, high speed Internet, Cable TV, wifi, PS3, two kayak, 2 26' bicycles, outdoor shower, and I-pod music player. The second floor has three bedrooms all with Balconies, AC, and two full baths. The master bedroom has a Queen-sized bed with private bathroom and ocean front balcony. The second bedroom has a Queen sized bed with superb ocean view to wake-up too. The third bedroom has a twin and full-size bunk bed facing gorgeous Rincon hills. We provide quality towels, beach towels, linens and pillows, hair dryer, ironing board.

The third floor terrace provides lounge chairs for everyone to enjoy the beautiful view of the beach and sunsets of Rincon, an a view that seem like the waves are breaking literally at your feet. During the winter months, surfers are in the water at dawn, enjoying the surf Rincon is famous for. You can enjoy the tranquility of the ocean breezes, while humpback whales break the ocean surface. In the summer, the wild surf calms down to create intimate, secluded beaches where snorkeling takes the place of surfing. Near all the best surfing beaches like Sandy Beach, Marias Domes and Tres Palmas. There is always lots to do; scuba diving, snorkeling, horseback riding, deep-sea fishing, sailing, swimming, yoga and massage, long walks on the beach and of course those unforgettable sunsets every night. Amazing stay in Rincón!!

We can not say enough about how fantastic Marco’s assistance and suggestions were the whole stay! The house was so comfortable and fully stocked! The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding areas and would highly recommend this home for anyone that is looking for a wonderful vacation!

Amazing!

Property was clean, roomy and overall accomidate all 7 guests comfortably. Hosts offer many ammenities and location is great. Beautiful views and must add, the restaraunt Conazo across the street from complex had the best food. No concerns with security and hosts were very accomodating and caring. Better than any hotel and would recommend this property again and again.

Amazing home in Rincon

Great location in a safe neighborhood with fabulous and friendly neighbors. The Beach and surrounding area was so relaxing. Marco was so helpful and informative. The upstairs deck with outdoor kitchen is great for sunbathing and comfy sunset dinners. The home is equipped with all the essentials for a great vacation including coolers, beach chairs and hammock!

Amazing Home!

This home was simply beautiful. Everything about our stay at VillaNicky was perfect. Marco communicated very well prior to our arrival and gave us many recommendations for the area. The house had everything we needed for spending time at the beach or a raining afternoon at the house. We loved being so close to the beach and being able to enjoy swimming and playing in the waves. This was our first trip to Rincon and would definitely stay here again when we return.

Very entertaining

This house is filled with fun stuff to do. You walk in and are greeted with a fun sound system, a huge collection of beach and water toys, video and board games, several TVs throughout and a terrace on the roof with grill and nice view. We were definitely able to find stuff to do in the house while we were there and also enjoyed walking to a lovely restaurant nearby. Unfortunately, the rocky beach made it difficult to enjoy the water close to the house, so we had to walk farther down to Sandy Beach or drive to a safer beach for water time fun.

Such a warm welcome and a lovely home

We all agree that we could not have asked for more! We had such a warm welcome from the owner! The house is beautifull, clean, well equiped. The location is perfect, we loved the 15 minutes walk to Sandy Beach it kept us in shape and allowed us to enjoy the local food! We will definitly go back to this little paradise! Absolutely perfect!

This is our second year staying at Villanicky for a 10-day girls' getaway and it couldn't have been better. The condo is perfectly located just steps away from a beautiful beach. We've been coming to Rincon for many years and this condo is the most comfortable and best equipped of any we've rented. Marco and Magda have attended to every detail to meet the needs of their guests. We enjoyed having access from this location to restaurants in both Rincon and Aguada - the seafood was excellent everywhere we went. We had another fabulous stay in this lovely spot and we'll be back next year!

Perfect and magical

I was looking for a place to take a real break--to disconnect from the pressures of COVID. This is a truly magical place. We stayed for a month and didn't really want to go home. Marco is always available and gave us terrific suggestions for hikes and other beaches to visit. The place was spotless and had every you might need during your stay--from snorkels, bikes, boogie boards and beach chairs to coffee in the cabinet and bottled water in the fridge. They even refilled the spice rack for us! We are ready to book for next year!

2024 Girls Trip

We loved Villa Nicky it was everything we wanted. The townhome had everything we needed, from towels to paper products. The location was close to town and beautiful. Marco and Magda were wonderful hosts actually one of the best we have encountered using VRBO. They left us complimentary coffee, wine and water which made us so happy after our red eye flight. Marco would text us suggestions of what to do which we truly appreciated. They even brought us a blender due to a craving for Pina Coladas. The beach was beautiful but we were told to be careful due to riptides which made us pretty cautious . Thank you Marco for your wonderful hospitality .

Amazing

Our first vacation to Puerto Rico and what an Amazing trip it was. The condo was situated only feet from the ocean shore. The rooms were very comfortable throughout the condo. It had all the comforts of home and more. Well stocked with linens, towels, kitchen accessories etc. My daughter is 8 years old and I never had to worry about her safety or security the entire time we were there. The permanent residents were kind as well. We will be back again and again. Thank you

Beautiful home, beautiful location.

Our family of six spent four nights here for our first half of our vacation. This place is so wonderful. The location is perfect - you are steps away from your private beach. Technically, it isn't private but it sure felt that way to us as we were the only ones there most days! The hammock was a huge bonus! We loved the town of Rincon and it will always have a place in our hearts. Marco gave us some truly amazing places to go on our own around the area and it was the highlight of our whole trip. Everything we had hoped for & more!

We LOVED our stay at VillaNicky. Marco and Magda were incredible hosts -- super accommodating, checked in with us periodically to see if everything was okay, gave us great suggestions on things to do/places to go. Great communication in the couple of weeks leading up to our stay. Their home has everything you could ever need. Kitchen was extremely well appointed, lots of room for our family to spread out. It was my husband and I plus our daughters & friends ranging in age from 30 down to 17 and there really was something for everyone. Beach is quite secluded -- there were many days where we felt like we had a private beach. Beautiful! Marco and Magda had great instructions on how to use the various appliances in the house so no guessing. Everything was super clean. The town of Rincon is charming and felt very safe. Be sure to walk up the beach to Barefoot Yoga and take one of their classes. I could go on & on. Oh -- the cherry on top was seeing an amazing double rainbow while hanging out on the rooftop deck one afternoon. Seriously folks, it doesn't get much better. Just go there and see for yourself. Thank you Marco and Magda for a fantastic getaway. We can't wait to come back!

Perfect!

We have been to Puerto Rico several times and it is our favorite place to vacation. We love the food, the climate, the people, everything. So when we decided to bring our almost grown children, I looked for a place that we could spread out and really feel like home. This place was perfect! Marcos was super communicative with us and really had us all prepped for coming to the house and then he and his wife met us and gave us the full tour so there was no question about where things were and what was expected of us. The house was just he right size and in a great location next to the beach and "posada". It is a little off the beaten path, but that is what we were looking for. The house had everything we could possible need (except food) and a grocery store was 7 mins away. From the paddle boards, to the beach chairs, to the two coolers and plenty of beach towels, everything was just perfect. You could do as much or as little as you liked right from the house. The beds were comfortable and water pressure was great too. The walk-in closet/bathroom in the master was great and no struggle for space anywhere. Having a beach shower right off the front door was perfect and helped keep the sand out of the house. It still gets everywhere, but there are brooms and mops and everything you could need to clean up right there. Marcos even had a case of water there and ready to go for us! If I had my way we would move in right next door and never leave!

Best family vacation

This was one of our best vacations ever! My husband and I brought our 2 children, ages 11 and 18 along with my in-laws who live on the east coast of the Island. There was ample space for all, not to mention amenities . Upon arriving, we were met by Marco at the house which I must say was immaculate. We were amazed at how well stocked the house is. We've rented many homes, from the Jersey shore to the Florida Keys and I can honestly say this was by far the best one yet. They even provide some basic groceries such as milk, coffee and filters, spices for cooking and my favorite bottle of wine. Paper towels, toilet paper and cleaning supplies were also provided. The cookware was top of the line. There were 7 beach chairs a cooler, sand toys, boogie boards and life jackets for the Kayaks and 3 bikes. The linen closet was well stocked with bath towels, extra bed sheets as well as tons of beach towels. I do recommend water shoes as there are many sea urchins in and around the Posada (tidal pool) and the reef which lines a small portion of the beach. Marco gave us directions to Gozalandia waterfall in San Sabastian which was absolutely beautiful. We also spent a lot of time at the pool which we had all to ourselves everyday we were there. We began each day with coffee in the hammock watching the numerous birds, sand crabs and iguanas as well as the beautiful beach. We found the town of Rincon to be quite unique. much different from the East coast towns of PR. The people were very friendly, artsy, eclectic people. I highly recommend this property and will definitely be back.

Short week in Rincon

We spent a short week at VillaNicky. The property is in a gated community so security is not an issue. The rental itself was very nice and clean and easily accommodated the six of us comfortably. The kitchen was large enough to have 3 persons working in it at the same time. The living area was also large and a nice TV was present although we did not use any of the inside entertainment options. There is a very nice deck on the third floor with a grill and table. We grilled dinner there several nights and ate at the table there. The facilities at the complex were also nice. We did use the pool a couple times. It was a bit small for such a large community but not many people were there using it so not a problem. Perhaps in the high season it would have been more crowded. Beach access is just outside the front door a few yards away. The beach in the immediate area has a tidal pool that would be okay for kids under supervision. On the other side of the rock/reef the water is deeper and there are currents and an undertow. So, take a floatation device such as a body board and flippers if you intend to go over your head in case you have a hard swim back to the beach. Either up or down the beach from this location the water is more suitable for surfing and body boarding. As with all beaches, things change constantly so be very mindful of kids and the water conditions! The owners were great. We had a problem with the washing machine and they came right down to fix it. They also advised us on several things to see and do in the area. It was great advice and we appreciated the tips and enjoyed the trips! We went into Rincon several times. The young adults liked to frequent that beach as there were several others their age. (there is no evening/late night entertainment at the property itself) There are several other close by beaches to visit in the area as well. These offer a variety of experiences and views of the island. Rincon has several beach bars and good restaurants, if you are seeking night life. If you prefer just to relax, the property is perfect for that. The only noise is breaking waves and critters! All in all, a great place (not just this property but the entire island which we did circumnavigate), great hosts and a great local vibe.

Just getting back from a fantastic trip to Rincon. Everything about the Villa was marvelous. From the ease of check-in. Even an early text (Your villa is ready 3 hours early) to the layout, amenities, and our welcome bottle of wine and water! Steps out our front door to the beach, beautiful pool, and wonderful meals on the third floor deck overlooking the ocean. Everything about this house and owner is five star.!

The best!

This home is 10/10! My family of 5 were very comfortable and did not need to purchase anything additional. It has everything we needed down to the most minimal thing like aquafore for my son dry skin. The process from start to finish was perfect and the owners were very responsive in questions and even suggestions on local places. We will book again. I would recommend to family and friends.

Fantastic property and location. Owner communication was top-notch. Major Bonus- there was an island-wide power outage for the last 2-3 days of our stay, but the owner’s solar power backup kept the lights, fridge and ceiling fans running seamlessly.

Rincon 2025

We had another wonderful stay in VillaNicky this year. Marco is a wonderful host. He’s always available if something needs to be address. He texts us with fun things going on in town. He even called to let me know there was a tsunami warning and told me how to evacuate if necessary. We’ll be back next year!

Me and my wife Nicky (this is where the name VillaNicky came from) purchased this home with the idea of retiring here someday. In the mean time, when we get a chance we are just as happy sitting on the beach chairs, catching the ocean breeze, sipping on pina coladas and leaving behind some of the everyday stress. We also enjoy waving our feet in the natural pool area known as the 'Posada' by the locals, and found It's always a joy to watch the breath taking sunset, while reflection on our 28 years of marriage. Hopefully in the near future we will find ourselves playing with our grandchildren along this beautiful stretch of beach in Rincon, Puerto Rico.



We came to Puerto Rico from Metuchen, New Jersey where we lived from 1984 til July 2001, moving to San Sebastain, PR and operating a family own Gas Station til this day. Since we still maintain a buzy schedule we decided that renting this villa out for a few weeks a year would be the perfect vacation rental for others to use when visiting Rincon. Its modern decor and extent of amenities provide the perfect atmosphere and comfort many vacationer with families such as you would desire on your get-away vacation. So if your planning a get away from it all vacation, then let our vacation home become your vacation home.

This Villa has plenty of room and is located within walking distance of many bars/restaurants and even more within a short drive, you'll find yourself never needing to leave the local scene. Rincon is a quiet town away from the big cities, but we are close enough if you crave that city life. Mayaguez is just 20 minutes away with popular shopping, theaters, casinos and more. San Juan is about a 2.5 hour drive with amazing city life and a large international airport, while Aguadilla is usually the most convenient airport to fly into.
