Wonderful place for friends and family vacation! Open space, newly renovated kitchen with a spacious island and living room give enough room for entertaining. Quiet corner lot with parking makes your privacy more comfortable. Full amenities include private laundry, TV, Wi-fi, new kitchen appliances, new fridge, new beds and new mattresses. Fully decorated, with beautiful paintings and rugs. Just 5 minutes drive to Anna Maria Island or you can use a free bus with a stop near the location!

We were very happy with this house and its thoughtful hosts. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was nicely set up. The shower included shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. There was laundry detergent and fabric softener for the washer and dryer. The location is close to the beaches, particularly our favorite, which is Coquina Beach. It’s also convenient to shopping: Publix, Walmart, Walgreens, and CVS are within a 10 minute drive. It’s also an ideal location for day trips to St. Pete or Sarasota or Venice. We’ve rented this lovely place for the same time next year! Many thanks to our hosts!

Just like everyone else has stated about this place

Our first time ever using a VRBO. The place was exactly as advertised close to shopping and beaches . The beaches at Coquina are open along with several others. The rooms are large, nice appliances also a washer and dryer. Beds were comfortable as well as the furniture in the living area. About a 10 min drive to GT Brady park if you’re interested in Pickleball.We had a very nice stay and would recommend it to a friend.

Great place

We are looking to relocate to the Palmetto area and Zoe's place was great for us. Centrally located and easy to look around. Zoe had everything you could need,lots of kitchen apllicances. Kcups for coffee etc.Would highly recommend her place.Lynn and Lynn

Duplex/Bungalow off of Cortez

Very cute and comfortable. Clean. Had just about everything we needed and then some. My only comment is if you will be cooking meals every day its a little tight other than that it was great. Host was very responsive and accommodating.

Was great until the WASP arrived!

My stay was great, unit is beautiful & well put together had plenty extras to it in case you left anything at home! It made the stay very homely & warm. However a few issues I had that didn’t sit well with me, no tvs in the room, hair left in the shower floor which I feel is NASTY (I was told it was possibly dropped by the cleaner) which I didn’t agree…The major issue was the wasp that was getting inside from somewhere, we killed 3 & found several nests outside! Scary since I’m allergic. Nevertheless no one got stung so no harm. But I do feel like I should receive some type of credit or refund, however the owner/host has yet to even reply back to my last message that mentions that as well. … I’d definitely stay again it’s a 8/10 in my opinion

The place is very nice, and in a good location. Neighborhood was nice and quite and it's only 5-10 minutes from the beaches of Anna Maria Island. Everything we needed was there and can't wait to come back.

Beach Hopping Central

The duplex was perfect for our stay. Centrally located within minutes to some of Floridas most gorgeous and friendly Gulf Coast beaches. I love beach hopping here!! We felt right at home in our cozy duplex. Everything we needed to be comfortable was provided. Would Love to come back 💕🌴🏖️

Wonderful!!

It was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Check- in instructions were very clear and simple. The host, Zoe, responded very quick to any messages. The house was exactly as pictured. Everything we could have needed was provided. I will be staying here every time I come to Bradenton from now on. And I will be telling all of my friends for sure. Thank you so much Zoe for making our stay so enjoyable. Susie clear and simple.

Conveniently Located

The property is close to the beach, shopping, and dining. Beach chairs and beach towels were supplied. A Keurig Coffee maker and coffee pods were made available which was a nice touch. Dishes and cookware were available. The washer and dryer is conveniently located to the apartment. It was a quiet neighborhood and easy to find.

Great choice close to Beaches

Home was within minutes to shops and beaches. Home came equipped with everything we needed for our beach trips. The only thing we didn’t have was a beach tent but we were able to go purchase one at Walmart just a minute down the road. The home was clean and perfect for our stay. We are fan sleepers and usually buy a small one, but there was a small one in the closet that was perfect! The kitchen was equipped with everything for our needs but a mixing bowl. We stopped over at dollar tree and got a cheap one. The house had everything we needed for laundry, baths etc. (Good shampoo is always a plus in my book!) Neighborhood was quiet and beds were comfy for a good nights sleep!

Everything about this place is top notch. My only regret is not staying longer. The location is great and the home is beautiful with everything you need for a week at the beach. Plenty of room for a family of 4 so I may be back with the kids.

Family trip

We had a wonderful time and will definitely rent again. Check in was so easy. Unit was furnished with ALL the extras. Location was great. Owners were a pleasure to work with. Great experience.
