Quiet corner lot with parking makes your privacy more comfortable. Full amenities include private laundry, TV, Wi-fi, new kitchen appliances, new fridge, new beds and new mattresses. Fully decorated, with beautiful paintings and rugs. Just 5 minutes drive to Anna Maria Island or you can use a free bus with a stop near the location!

The house was ready for us when we arrived. Loved the place due to it being pet friendly & close to the stores & beach. My family & I had a good time there.

This rental was amazing from start to finish. Everything was exceptionally clean and it was very well stocked with everything you could need. I’ve never stayed in a rental that provided so much. They have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, flossers, hair dryer, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, coffee and coffee maker, beach chairs, beach shade, beach towels, small cooler, full stocked kitchen…..I was so impressed! Thank you for a great experience and we will definitely stay again next time we are in the area.

The immediate neighborhood was a bit run down but quiet and I had no issues. Very close to lots of newer shops and restaurants. Everything was clean, well stocked and turnkey. There is an air handler in the main bedroom closet that periodically makes a loud noise which can make it difficult to sleep. Overall a good experience for the price.

If you’re looking for a “just bring your clothes” type of effortless vacation experience THIS IS THE PLACE! They had everything you needed for an extended stay and then some!!! Nice, clean, and great lively place to rest your head after a long day of having fun doing Florida things! Nice and close to a very nice beach area (Bradenton beach) and just a little hike to St Pete and clearwater area 12/10 would recommend!!!!! Will stay here again when on this side of Florida best West side visit I’ve ever had thank you!

This is was by far the best renting experience I have ever had. The owners are very communicative, accommodating and take care of there guest. Thank you so much for helping making our vacation so great! We will definitely be renting from them in the future.

Very nice place, Zoe. Extras like doggie bags and dental picks. We spent a lot of time trying to find the place. It is not on 43 Ave, but 80 St. 80 st is right off Cortez by a big Good Will sign

Zoe the host was very welcoming, nice and answered any questions we had. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed and then some. House was clean and it was easy getting to the beaches nearby. We enjoyed our time here!! We would recommend this place to anyone. We will stay here again if we come back down. The air conditioning was awesome.
