Cozy Chalet bordering Shenandoah Park near Massanutten Resort and Skyline Drive.
Spend your days hiking the Shenandoah National Park, canoeing the Shenandoah River or just driving the Skyline Drive. The views are breathtaking! The next day visit Massanutten Four Season Resort for the indoor water park, skiing, golf, fitness center, or the Family Adventure Park.
The Luray Caverns, touted the best caverns on the East Coast, are 35 minutes away. The Virginia Museum of the Civil War and the New Market Battlefield are 45 minutes away. Fredericksburg, Chancellorsville, Richmond and many more civil war battlefields are less than 2 hours away.
Elkton / Massanutten has some very nice restaurants including, Hanks, El Paso, and Romano's Italian Bistro for dining.
In the evenings, relax in the large jacuzzi tub, cooking dinner on the gas grill, and roasting marshmallows or making s'mores at the fire pit. For the more energetic, head back to Massanutten to play pick up basketball or racquetball.

We had an amazing stay!!! The cabin was spotless and had everything we needed. The location was very close toShenandoah National Park and there are restaurants within easy driving distance. The host responded very promptly to my couple of questions. Highly recommend!!

Excellent location for exploring Skyline drive. The cabin is a short drive to an entrance. We spent two days using the cabin as home base traveling south one day, north the next. Elkton has a couple restaurants for evening dinner. The cabin is located at the end of a two mile dirt road. Very quiet location next to stream at front of property. House was clean, very comfortable and had everything available for a multi day stay. I would definitely return here.

We had a great stay. The directions shared by the host ahead of time to find the house were flawless, which was very appreciated because we had no cell service. The house and property are beautiful and well-maintained, and everything was as described in the listing. Lovely spot; we will certainly look for an excuse to return!

This place was perfect -- quiet, private, clean, well-appointed, and close to what we wanted to do in Shenandoah. We really enjoyed it, and send many thanks to the hosts.

Wonderful property! Really enjoyed our short stay. Excellent host with great communication. Perfect for our small family, would definitely stay again.

The chalet was very clean and well maintained with an incredible floor to ceiling window wall that allowed us to relax in abundant natural light. The owner is very friendly and he responds quickly. A wonderful home.
