Boaters will love the direct Gulf access with just one bridge and no lock, making it easy to reach open water in minutes. The Captain’s Walk boat dock includes a stainless steel fish-cleaning station, electricity, lighting, running water, and a Tiki hut where you can relax while enjoying canal views and local wildlife

Inside, the kitchen is fully stocked, every bedroom has a flat-screen TV, and all furniture and household goods are brand new, including premium Tommy Bahama mattresses. Darlene and James were awesome hosts. The property was amazing. The grandkids didn't want to get out of the pool. The home is close to everything and located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful home! Very welcoming and clean with absolutely everything needed! The host was great, very helpful . Would definitely stay again if in Cape Coral and highly recommend this lovely home.

We booked this at the last minute and the hosts were very accommodating. We had a wonderful experience. I’m very picky and this house was just what we were looking for. The homes Open layout was great. Bright morning AND afternoon light filled the house which I enjoyed so much. Sunset views off the canal. It was nicely furnished and the views of the pool and canals were lovely. We fished a bit but mostly enjoyed the pool and relaxing at the Riki bar on the dock. Location was exceptional!!! Close to most of the popular waterfront Restaurants. With this central location we were able to explore Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Punta Gorda and Sanibel Island.

Excellent stay! We really appreciated all of the extras that you don’t always find in vacation rentals. A well stocked kitchen with cooking essentials, pots, pans, utensils, etc., beach chairs and umbrella (even rain umbrellas!), beach towels, and fishing poles. We visited around Christmas and they had a beautiful Christmas tree and decorations up which added to our enjoyment. The pool was heated which was great for evening swims. Best vacation rental we’ve ever stayed at! Thank you!!

Easter holiday in Paradise

We stayed here for 12 nights and enjoyed this beautiful and very comfortable house and gardens. The children loved the pinnball machine, the Playstation and most of all the swimmingpool.

Florida Gem

Had an excellent family vacation in this beautiful home. House was extremely clean, great location, nice to have a Walmart close by. The pool was wonderful and the fishing/boat dock was the added bonus. Would definitely recommend this property for future stays.

Beautiful and clean and on the water.

Great location for fishing, the dock is a nice getaway. The neighborhood is great with friendly neighbors. House is fully furnished. The pool is nice with adjustable temperature. If your looking for a great getaway house this is it. Our kids enjoyed the pinball and the pool.

The home (not just a house) was wonderful for our family! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes utensils and basic spices which was nice. Had all the appliances too - air fryer, crock pot, etc. We loved the pool area with large dining table, heated pool and some pool accessories. The dock on the canal added a really nice aesthetic and the fishing supplies were a great extra. Grocery, drug store and gas station nearby. Our party if 7 adults and one toddler had a great time! Of note, we visited the Cape Coral farmers market and were very impressed. Enjoyed an afternoon at the Yacht Club Public Beach and took in the “3rd Friday” Music Walk in downtown Fort Myers. Several in our party dined out at Marker 93 and Pinchers which are nearby and offer excellent seafood. Overall we had a great experience! We hope to come again! Thanks James & Darlene!!
