Like Brand New.. Home is completely ready and waiting for you and your family!

Location is everything and this home has that.. you are a few minutes to the Yacht Club, Cape Coral Beach and restaurant. The amazing view of the extensively wide canal and a straight through boat ride to open waters. The home has 3 bedrooms sleeping 6 + and a queen size pull out sofa in one of the guest bedrooms along with a queen bed. A full equipped kitchen and everything else you need for the comforts of home. The bedrooms are 2 on one side and master on the other. There are TV's in 2 of the 3 bedroom and the living area as well as free wifi. Master bedroom tv has cable so you can access local tv for weather and news all other tv's are smart tv's with Roku. Do not miss out on this home and we look forward to having you as our guest. We can accommodate for shorter stays please call directly: five six one nine two seven seven three five zero.

For a rental it was normal. Not fancy but mostly updated. The pool was great and the neighborhood was very quiet. I would rent this one again.

Better than 5 star. This is the first time using VRBO. Previously, we used air B&B. For this first time we were NOT let down. The house was better than described. The layout was fantastic and the pool was wonderful. Cindy the host was very quick to respond to messages. Not only would I be happy to stay at this location again, I would be willing to stay at any of her properties. My husband and I say sand is in our future as we are getting close to retirement. Cape Coral is the first place we have said in the gulf that we both agree we could call home.

the house was very nice. just maybe a little TLC. Location Excellent. Neighbors excellent . pool nice. backyard nice and roomy. Canal was beautiful. that was are 10th house in 8 years and the only one I would rent again. wish we were going next year

Well equipped and great location

We had a fantastic stay at the well-equipped house. It had everything we needed and the location was great. There are many fabulous restaurants close by

Great house

This is a great house to stay at and enjoy the warm weather during the winter. It is in a good location to everything. Very clean and quiet spot as well.

The house worked perfect for our family (4 kids). Cindy is very attentive and helpful with any questions we had. The pool was perfect and there were extra beach towels for us to use for swimming. Great location to shopping and restaurants. Quick access to the bridge to get to Sanibel with a short 30 minute drive. We loved that the house had a private dock for fishing in the canal.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time at this house. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. We spent hours in the pool and watching the water. The house was very close to many beaches and things to do. Highly recommend this home!

Terrific stay!

Very clean and thoughtfully furnished house, in a quiet neighborhood. Loved being on the water (amazing sunrise views). We didn't use the pool but it was heated and clean. Comfortable beds and nice kitchen too! The Farmer's Market on Saturdays is nearby and worth visiting.

Nice family time away

This house was really nice inside, it’s newly renovated. We enjoyed spending our days poolside. It’s very residential surrounding the home and a very quiet neighborhood. We had everything we needed to enjoy the time we spent at the home.

Property was very well kept and clean. Everything we needed was there. Property manager communicated wonderfully. Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation home!

Relaxing Stay

House was great, very equipped, clean. I am very big on how comfortable the beds and pillows are and this house has the best beds and pillows. The only thing, if you want to bring your boat is only good for trolling but not for swimming. Overall our stay was great.

Sisters Weekend

My 2 sisters and I had a great long weekend. The house was perfect. There is a lot to do in the area or if you want to stay home, it’s perfect to sit by the pool and relax. The kitchen had everything you could ever need. We had a really nice time.

An amazing respite from the dreary winter!

This home is beautiful, and all details have been thought out so thoroughly. It was comfortable and peaceful! We loved the screened in porch and my teenage granddaughter would have lived in the pool! We would like to come again!
