Located on a private culdesac with the homes laid out so privacy is perfectly achieved. A very quiet neighborhood so relaxation is unavoidable. Book your private getaway or family reunion.

The 6 car game garage is set up with ping pong, electric basketball, bean bag toss, couches, tables and chairs, etc. Everything you will need for great fun and laughter!

Full Gourmet Kitchen with Granite counters and top of the line Stainless appliances. (Viking, Sub Zero, Bosch, KitchenAid, etc) This entertainers dream home boasts 2 Bosch Dishwashers, 2 sinks, Ice Maker, Trash compactor, warming drawer, convection microwave, professional Viking 6 burner gas cook-top with griddle, pot filler, Sub Zero refrigerator and matching freezer.

The home is fully furnished with, 2 King beds plus 4 queen beds. Two Master suites.

This property has it all and is conveniently located 5 min off the 15 Freeway near the North County Mall in South Escondido, just north of Rancho Bernardo near Lake Hodges.

30 minutes from the San Diego Airport, 1 hr 50min from LAX, 10 min to the San Diego Zoo Safari Park, 40 min from the world famous San Diego Zoo. 80 minutes to Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm, 30 minutes to Lego Land & Sea Life Aquarium, 30 minutes to all beaches & Sea World, 25 minutes to the Del Mar Race track, 30 minutes to Coronado Island, 45 minutes to Temecula Wine Country, Orange County/Irvine, 30-60 min to MANY fun casinos, and 5 minutes to most grocery stores. 5 minutes to Kit Carson park for Tennis, skating, bicycling, walking, hiking, feeding the ducks, golf, softball, etc.

Wonderful multi generational getaway

We loved Sharon's large and comfortable home. The pool was especially fantastic. Sharon was super communicative and thought of everything. My family can't wait to return for another three generation vacay.

Great experience

We were staying for a family wedding. 10 adults and 2 children. This home was everything we needed for our family. Rooms for everyone, a pool with a fence around it to enjoy but knowing it was safe! Would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful Home!

Our three children and spouses and 5 grandchildren gathered for a week in Sharon's lovely home. We had plenty of space to spread out and play games when we weren't enjoying the pool. The view from the pool is amazing! We loved this beautiful home and had a fantastic family vacation here!

Great Family Home

We had my husband and I and two of our adult children with their families. Perfect place with plenty of bedrooms and baths. The kids loved the pool and the game room. The view from the backyard is incredible. We would stay here again for sure.

Entertainer's dream!

This home is both very spacious and very comfortable. It easily accommodated our three families (9 bodies in total). The beds are dreamy plus each side of the house had its own thermostat which came in handy since 2 families liked it cold and one family did not. :] The kitchen is HUGE, with separate ginormous refrigerator and equally large freezer. TWO dishwashers, a warming tray, a separate ice maker built into the island, tons of cooking equipment and utensils... so easy to entertain! Towels (bath and beach towels for the pool) were plentiful and there was a washer and dryer inside for our use. We had a wonderful time there: the pictures don't do it justice.

Amazing property!

This property lived up to all of our expectations and more! The view and the yard are amazing. Pictures do not do it justice! The house is clean and beautifully decorated. The gourmet kitchen has everything anyone would ever need. We enjoyed the hot tub and the games in the garage. The house is spacious and is set up for multiple families to stay comfortably. The location is also great, easy access to the expressway, close to grocery stores and restaurants and all the fun attractions in San Diego. Sharon, the host, is wonderful! She always responded to my emails promptly before we arrived and while we were there we had one small issue (we couldn't get the key to work in the front door) which she also responded to promptly. I would highly reccomend this property.

Great Thanksgiving stay in Escondido.

Eleven of us stayed in Sharon’s house for four nights at Thanksgiving, and it was a wonderful choice. There was enough space to be all together and to split into smaller groups for games or other activities. The photos of the house were accurate and the house was well maintained and in good condition. We especially appreciated the well equipped kitchen that allowed many people to cook at once. It was handy to have the extra oven and fridge in the guest house. Sharon was very responsive, both ahead of time and during our stay. We would happily return for another occasion, and highly recommend Sharon and her house.

Outstanding Vacation Spot!

We spent 4 wonderful nights at this amazing property! The home is beautiful and has stunning views. The location was ideal for our extended family with the San Diego Safari Park a 10 minute drive away and family friendly vineyards nearby. Some in our group traveled a short distance to the beach and even attended a baseball game. The pool and jacuzzi provided us with additional enjoyment and adults and kids had fun in the recreation room. Our hostess, Sharon was friendly and helpful. Thank you, Sharon, for a memorable time,

Wow!!

Reasons to rent this house: 1) Great host! 2) A dream kitchen with top of the line stove, refrigerator, freezer, warming oven (we used it twice a day every day!) and built in ice machine that kept all of us in ice! The Island is big enough for 10 people to work around at once. 3) The outside with the fabulous pool and hot tub; lots of lounging areas; an incredible view all which leads to relaxation! 4) A beautifully appointed and wonderfully comfortable home 5) The house is one level - no stairs. 6) The home is better than advertised; and my family has challenged me to find something better for next year - I am pretty sure I can't and we will be back! Thank you Sharon -- we enjoyed!

Spacious, Friendly Family Environment

This nicely designed property afforded privacy for all but also had areas such as the pool, spa, and patio for the family to gather. It was well-located on a cul-de-sac, and Sharon was welcoming, warm, and easily accessible when we had questions. We highly recommend this desirable property and would not hesitate to rent from Sharon again.

Great property. The view is absolutely stunning. Pool, garage with playroom, and large spacious rooms make this house very family and kids friendly. Amazing property, everything it said it was!

We had an absolute blast staying at this property. We ended up having 7 adult couples for a total of 14 adults. The place has 5 dedicated rooms with at least a queen or larger and an additional bedroom with 2 queens. The house fit everyone just fine and we loved that the garage that had ping pong, basketball, and corn hole. The pool and hot tub hit the spot and we loved the view of the foothills. This is a great house for large groups, you won't be dissapointed!

BEAUTIFUL HOME AND VIEW

Our 2 week stay here was great & lots of R&R. Home is beautiful with plenty of room, huge kitchen! Sharon is such an accommodating hostess, answering and helping whenever we needed anything. She helped us find a perfect ranch to take our kids too and set up tennis lessons for my daughter. She even picked up my hubby when our rental car broke down on him! This home has everything you need from spices to ping pong. We loved the pool, hot tub, & dinner on the gas fire pit table! Thank you Sharon for sharing your home! :-)

Amazing 49th Birthday Celebration

From start to end this was an amazing stay! Sharon the property manager and owner was very accommodating and a great person to work with. This stay was during excruciating circumstances but the house and pool made it even more bearable. There were 12 adults and the house provided more than enough space. This celebration was a birthday party and a personal chef prepared dinner in the beautiful kitchen that had everything he needed to have a seated dinner for 12 guests. The bedroom were nice size with comfortable bedding. The view every morning from the big open windows or the pool area was phenomenal. Sharon checked on us to ensure we had everything we needed, she walked us through the house to show us every feature. The garage had a large assortment of amenities that you could use at the pool. The poolside grill and bar area was a great area to have mimosas in the morning and cocktails throughout the day. We absolutely loved the house and the hostess. Thank you for making our stay during this pandemic a wonderful experience!

Great House for Families, But Some Important Things to Know

This is a beautiful, serene property that made for a really fun family vacation. The best features are the beautiful pool and hot tub, the cozy living room, and the game garage. Note that the guest house shown in pictures and mentioned earlier reviews is not included in the rental. Also, the owner stays onsite in the guest house/casita during your stay. Neither of these things is made clear in the listing. Fortunately, the host took great care to smooth things over with us after we pointed this out. The owner lives in house when it's not rented, so be aware her clothes, toiletries, etc are in the dressers, closets, bathroom drawers. This seems a bit weird for a VRBO (perhaps not an Airbnb), but on the other hand, it means the house is well stocked with items. Overall, we would recommend staying here, but with the advance knowledge of these things.

Wonderful Experience

From the check-in process onward this was a 5 Star Stay. House was perfect for large families with a great kitchen. The bedrooms were perfectly located away from living spaces. Pool with fence an added plus. Sufficent parking. Cassita great for extra living space.

Together Family Fun

The home is beautiful with a view and pool that was spectacular. Our family came from three different states and this location was the perfect meeting point that provided us a fun and relaxing place to spend time together. The little cousins had an great time getting to know each other splashing and swimming in the pool. The home is large and allowed us to spread out with plenty of space for the kids. The home is located in a beautiful neighborhood and the perfect location close to beaches, parks, and major attractions. The property manager was so kind and thoughtful which helped us get settled in quickly. I would definitely recommend this property and will hopefully be staying again with the family.
